I am very impressed by their service and quality. Steve, our rep is always friendly, helpful and reliable. He makes sure our building has what it needs and that we are satisfied with our delivery. He responds quickly to any issues or requests that we might have, no matter how small. The lab coats and supplies are of high quality and fit well. I would recommend Gallagher to anyone who needs a professional and dependable uniform provider.

We switched to Gallagher back in October 2023. The customer service has been great! Whenever we are in need of something, they always find a way to get it to us usually the next couple of days. Jake is our driver and does a great job for us! Also want to shout out to Kilee who is always very quick to respond and assist with orders. Highly recommended!

We have been using Gallagher for uniforms at Old Orchard for years. We renewed our contract with them last year for one reason: David Walker. Dave is the best rep we’ve ever had across multiple vendors. He cares about our staff (and he knows our staff), and does everything in his power to ensure our satisfaction. Gallagher probably needs to promote him and give him a raise, but that would be mostly sad for us if we didn’t get to see him weekly anymore, so they should just give him a raise. 😂
