Michiana Church of Christ

Never had a church that welcomed me like they have. I got baptized. Pastor Justin and his Wife Nancy treat me like family. Plus teaching the word of God. They gave me faith when I had lost it... The people are my family . My church family. I walk through those doors I get chills. IM HOME..

My husband and I were invited by our 2yr. old granddaughter 9 yrs. ago for bring a friend to worship day. It was the best day ever. We were welcomed with open arms and the worship service was great! Since then our family has grown with the church. We love going there! Since our first time as a family my husband and daughter have been baptized, my sister and her husband attend and have been baptized. My father also attends when his health allows. I have seen many people come to the Lord here at our church. You can feel God's presence through the Holy Spirit. I love the fellowship from my sisters and brothers in Christ! There is always someone there who will greet you with a smile and make you feel loved and welcomed as part of the Family of God. That is what our church is... a family. We built a new building because we outgrew our old one. Each step of the way was with God's help. He showed us in many ways that he wanted us to build and use it to further the good news of the gospel. He continues to bless us at the Michiana Church of Christ. We have bible studies on Sunday morning and Wednesday evening, each month we have a movie night with popcorn and pop, there is a men's breakfast every month at Trackside, the women of the church meet every month, there is a youth group meal and meeting after church every Sunday. And with all of that going on we also have special events for worship and fellowship. We have had revivals with other churches in the city of Dowagiac, we have had guest singers come in for concerts. In the past we have had stump the pastor where you ask him questions about the bible. Tie and pie night was fun you brought your favorite pie and wore your favorite tie and had contest for best tie, ugly tie, best pie and so on. We have had many talent nights where you shared a talent that God has gave you and it was open to all ages. We have several picnics in the summer, participated in Trunk or Treat and much more. If anyone ever told you Christians don't know how to have fun, they were wrong WE KNOW HOW TO HAVE FUN! But it is more than just fun here at Michiana Church of Christ, it is a place of worship, devotion, love and truth. We the church members of MCOC come from all walks of life but the one thing we all want to be is part of a family...The family of God. So if you are seeking God's word and have a love for the Gospel or want to learn the Gospel please come and worship with us at Michiana Church of Christ. We will welcome you with open arms again and again.

Very welcoming the first time I visited the parking lot was full of Ice and many people helped me inside. From that moment I felt like I was home.
