I cannot stress how great the service i got was. I just started a job at GM on the line and needed a good solid pair of boots. Charlene graciously introduced herself to myself and my friend. She then proceeded to show the best boot and foot knowledge I have ever seen. She was quick to point out key things with how I walked and ran me through the various stress points and how they affected my overall body. I asked for a pair of Irish Setter Wingshooter STs and she was quick to find me a pair that fit me perfectly. I will be coming back and shopping exclusively with her. I thank her for all that she did and hope that others can appreciate her knowledge and kindness. I know my back does lmao

Stopped in today after I left my boots at home, let them know what I was working using a work voucher and how much I was working with and they were able to get me set up and out the door in about 10 minutes, great service.

It was easy and quick. The staff were knowledgable of my foot sizing and brought out the exact size I needed. No more pinched toes. The best part of the whole experience.

I had great service and everyone was very helpful. They didn't have my size and made sure to order them for me and let me know when they were available. They even gave me new laces for my old boots and conditioned both the old and new pair. Never tried selling me anything I didn't need.

The associate was very friendly and helpful in directing me to the shoes I was looking for and getting me sized up.

I wore Red Wing boots exclusively when I was working. I retired 11 years ago and fulltime RV I had no need for boots I lived in sandals 90% of the time. I have now moved back to Michigan and needed waterproof boots. I went to the Lansing store on Saginaw Rd and had a very knowledgeable sales person Ian McEwan assist me. He did a outstanding job at explaining every question I had. I will definitely return and ask for his knowledge in my next purchase.

My dad was very happy with Charlene’s service. He bought a pair of non-slip shoes, but they were never comfortable for him, and so he returned them in new condition and got a nice comfortable new pair. Way to stand behind your product!

When I came in, I was greeted and invited to measure my feet. The salesperson walked me through shoes matching my needs and answered all my questions. I tried on four pairs, and bought the one I wanted

I have always purchased my Work Books at this place of business. Could not be happier with the Service of the Employees and the products. Yeah redwing is just about as nice as it possibly gets, outside of totally custom shoes. Ultra high quality, ultra durable, made in the USA, sweatshop free (the US line), and the iron rangers are simply gorgeous. Very courteous and helpful staff, with great customer service. Always happy to give my boots a quick cleaning and oiling

Make no mistake, these are some pricey boots. You get what you pay for.

Expensive, but you get what you pay for, plus all the extra services they provide.

This store knows how to take care of their customers. From choosing to fitting you with the right shoe or boots you need. We purchased work boots for grandson. Went back two weeks later with an issue on one boot. The employee took one look asked a couple questions and determined there was a defect and replaced the pair. They will oil the boots whenever you stop in free of charge.

Took my daughter in to get new boots for her welding school at the Holt location. The staff were friendly, supportive, and helpful. It was a great experience.
