Miss Pepper is THE nicest and most accommodating woman and store owner I've ever encountered. Her selection of clothing is impeccable and she truly aims to make every shopper's experience special and unique. She helped me pick out some vintage dresses to give to my sister that were one of a kind, beautiful, and (because Miss Pepper is so gracious) affordable. My sister's birthday gifts swept her off her feet, and that never would've been possible without the kindness and individualized experience that Pepper's affords her customers🤍🤍🤍

My sisters and I were in Peppers looking for a birthday gift for another sister. Pepper, the owner, and the entire staff were wonderful! What a treasure of a store! Beautiful, quality clothes!

Really impressed with Pepper and Howard not only business owners but just great people. They have a huge selection of boutique clothing and even a man cave where husbands and boyfriends can snack on specialty nuts and enjoy an adult beverages while they wait for their happy shopper.

This store was so much fun and loved everything in it!!! The service was 10 out of 5 stars. Definitely will be back next time I’m in town. I can’t wait to wear everything I purchased.

Loved, loved, loved this store, luckily arriving on the last day of the season! A wonderful, gauche assortment of imported women's apparel in a veritable rainbow of textures, prints, colors, and fabrics. Both women were lovely and attentive, ushered my husband to the "man cave", and I left with a big ol' bag of clothes in record time. We hope to be back!!

Wonderful people. Great clothing. Very unique & very reasonably price. Quality is very good. Pepper has a great eye for fashion. I look forward to going to Peppers every time I’m in Northern Michigan for their clothing as well as to see them.

I visited Peppers Wednesday afternoon and had a delightful shopping experience. The clothes and jewelry are absolutely amazing.

Receptionist had a staring problem. Very unfriendly and followed us around as we tried to shop. As an uncomfortable costumer I tried to make small talk but was only given one word responses.

Clothing is vampy, and old. Not necessarily bad but definitely overpriced.

Zero stars if I could. The man behind the check out was so unbelievably rude and had stared at my party and I like he had the comprehension skills of a rock. Bold of someone with facial lines like a leather sofa and the wardrobe of a blind kids show host to be so judgemental. Tacky at best.

Went in there all excited about the style of clothing and my husband and kid were over shopping so they were waiting outside. I decided to look at the men's shirts because we are planning a golfing trip next month and thought he might like a fancy designed shirt. The owner decided he would yell across the shop at me "Ma'am, those are Men's shirts!" I was very confused on why I had to be told that when I was literally standing right next to the large "Man cave" sign. I looked at him with question and approached, "I just wanted to make sure you knew they are men's shirts" I looked at the last few designs and walked out.

Had the owner mansplain the concept of condensation to me..

Very unwelcoming owners… I’ve seen a few comments about the guy who owns this place and his attitude toward customers seems to be a trend.
