Top notch food! Top notch service! A nice country drive to get there. The fried chicken is fantastic! Very good fish and shrimp.

Best steak filet I've had in Berrien County! Everyone's meal was absolutely delicious. My husband said his prime rib was the best he's ever had too. In the middle of nowhere we cannot say enough.

Timberline inn is under new management. The owner is very friendly! They have kept the same quality food but have added gluten-free options to their menu.

We went here for the first time based on the reviews my husband read online and I’m so glad we did. From the moment we walked into the door until the moment we left we were made to feel like the most important people in the place. The food was very good. I had walleye and got 2 large pieces and it was SO good! My husband got the lake perch and said it was some of the best he ever had. We will definitely make the 45 minute trip again in the future. Very good!!!

Food is awesome and the people are great wait time is a little long.

I have never had a bad meal at the Timberline. The walleye and perch are my favorite items, but the fried chicken is also delicious. At our most recent visit, our server, Ann, was very attentive but not overly friendly. My husband had escargot as his appetizer and raved about it. I had the coconut shrimp, which was excellent. Cooked to perfection. He had perch and I had walleye. Both were cooked perfectly, arrived hot, and were perfectly seasoned. They have a nice pour for wine (the glass was almost full). Prices are good for the quality.

The staff were very efficient and friendly. The food was good and reasonably priced.

Everything is cooked perfectly. Prime rib was outstanding. Pork chops amazing. Deserts wonderful. Service exceptional. This is our go to for fine dining.

I wasn't sure what to expect going into my first visit, but really all I can say about it is WOW!! I am thoroughly impressed with the service, the food, and the feeling of inclusion you get from the staff.

Some of the best food we have ever had. We get our food curb side and still leave a 20% tip because they deserve it, all the to go packaging cost them $ and we appreciate them bringing it to our car. Nice people.

One of my favorite dinner spots of all time. The owners are sweet, the wine is delicious, the gourmet table never disappoints !!! such a great gem. A true supper club.

Excellent decor that compliments the theme of the restaurant. The food is delicious and cooked as requested. Service is outstanding. Prices are what you would expect for a establishment that sources it's own meat, fruit and vegetables. Desserts are made at the restaurant and not from a service. For two people we paid $75 including appetizer and two desserts. It was worth it.

The only complaint I have is they charge a 3% surcharge if you pay with AmEx (but not Discover?). Supposedly this because AmEx charges a higher discount fee (about 1% more then Visa/MC) and at $35/person this seems pretty petty and money grubby of the owners when everything else is top notch. This, however, was the only blemish on an otherwise excellent dining experience. We would eat there again.

This is my husband and I's favorite place to celebrate any and every 'special occasion' and my in-laws love it too! Their food is always cooked to perfection and the steaks melt in your mouth. The gourmet bar may be my favorite part of the meal though overall because they have a delicious broccoli salad, an apple salad that is quite tasty with peanuts and marshmallows, the cheese spread (as another reviewer commented on), cottage cheese, peaches and many other delicious options. My husband typically gets the prime rib and I love their filet but also try many of their different specials as well. We only had one meal that we didn't enjoy there ever and it was just a special that they made one time that was a puffed chicken dish that sounded delicious but really was just too much breading. Other than that we've never had a complaint about their food. The only down side is that they are a bit pricey, but well worth the splurge ever now and then!

It can be a bit noisey so I wait until later in the evening. Every meal I have ordered there has been mouth watering. But the very best parts of the meal are the items on the wheel and desserts.
