Travis and Lincoln came to our home to repair our reclining sofa. They were polite, knowledgeable, respectful of our property and just plain great guys to work with. They solved our problem quickly and we enjoyed having them in our home.

We were looking for a mattress to improve back issues & found

We purchased a sofa from Kathy. She has extensive furniture knowledge and was able to direct us to the right one for us. Due to Covid, it took a while to get it but it was well worth the wait. On top of excellent service in the store, the delivery team was the best I have ever seen. They were extremely respectful and very pleasant. They also had an excellent knowledge of our sofa controls, as it is an electric recliner. I am 65 years old and have purchased furniture all over the country and I can say without hesitation this was by far the best buying experience we have had.

Kathy & Krista are always incredibe in helping us choose what pieces to order, what fabrics and what colors. They give advice based on the fact that we have dogs who will also use the furniture and make sure we've really thought our options through before finalizing! I love that you can make a floor plan on their website. It makes visualizing much easier. We've bought blinds, adjustable mattresses and bed frames, sectionals and rugs through them. I highly recommend Tri City Furniture!

I've worked with Tri City furniture for years as I've updated my home. I worked with Diane (who is now retired) and she was excellent and very helpful in pulling everything together. Most recently I worked with Krista...and I can't say enough good things about her professionalism, help and design style. She knows what works, and is very helpful and honest when I asked what she thought of using different pieces in my home. I trust her completely. The entire staff at Tri City Furniture is always courteous, helpful and goes above and beyond what I would have expected. You can be sure as I decide to change furniture in the future...I'll go right back to Tri City furniture.

Selection is great. Staff is extremely knowledable and helpful. I have purchased 2 couches from them and have been extremely satisified with both the quality of the couch and the customer service. I was very impressed with the selection and many options. Krista bent over backwards to help me find just the right material/fabric and was very patient with me. I loved the fact that they don't put high pressure on you in the store, they give you time to look around and test things without hovering. Customer service was excellent from the sales room to delivery and everything in between. I highly recommend this company.

We needed a bed for our first home, and Krista was so nice in helping us pick out everything we wanted and needed! Free delivery was awesome and the guys were so friendly, hauled it upstairs, did a wonderful job setting up the entire bed and frame. Thank you Tri City Furniture!

Great hometown experience, I live in a small town about an hour away from tri city furniture. We were shopping for bunk beds and they were the most reasonably priced and the quality was perfect. Every big box store was cheap and expensive. We randomly selected this place and WOW can't say much more, felt comfortable from the min we walked in. Enough talk, quality is above normal stores and friendliness is as well. Thank you!!

Lost everything in a house fire and we worked with Jennifer to replace it all. She was wonderful. We learned so much about the furniture we purchased. She helped us make good choices when it came to quality and durability. She even came to our new home and measured and designed the layout for us. Best of all we got top quality at awesome prices. Will never buy furniture anywhere else.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was looking at mattresses for an upcoming purchase. Don took extra time he probably didn't have to explain the features of each mattress option after asking questions about our sleep habits as well as our current mattress. He answered every question I had and I feel confident buying a mattress from Tri City Furniture.

This was the second time I have shopped here. The first time I purchased pillows after hearing about these great pillows they carry. The price was a bit higher than I wanted to pay, but let me tell you they have been worth every penny to my wife and I. For the life of me now, I can't remember the exact name but I no longer have to continually flip the pillow over to be "as cool as the other side of the pillow." If you get too hot at night sleeping, I would encourage you to go to Tri City and ask about their cool pillows.

Love, love, love this store! From the minute I walked in to the countless meetings with my designer, Jen (who is fabulous) I was always treated with respect and an outstanding experience! I won’t ever go anywhere else for furniture or design ideas. Super happy!!!

My Family has been doing Business with TCF off and on for many years. You can walk into the store and just look around without being smothered by a anyone. You always get greeted when coming in.
