Everyone was dressed for the occasion. The environment was inviting and the staff was joyous fun. Santa was a great sport taking pictures with the families and engaging with everyone around. They offered hot cocoa and sweet treats for the Santa event. Our son had a great time as did we. Thanks Overisel staff for doing this and doing a great job of it.

Had an issue with an employee. And left a review that reflected it. The owner was so and upset about it. He went above and beyond to reach out to me personally to make it right. Very thankful and impressed with this company. Thank you!

Great service and friendly environment

This is the top notch establishment in the area, where you can find and purchase almost everything you might need. Though the cost might be above the norm , the convenience and hospitality, is to a very high standard. They are a true blessing in rural Michigan, in my opinion ! I was always impressed, and can't imagine anyone not appreciating having this establishment providing for our needs ! Truly a pleasure. Sincerely Brian

They have really everything you would need and expect at a hardware store. Lots of lumber, tons of Milwaukee, and a great selection of grills!
