Dowagiac Pharmacy

Today was my first time trying out the Dowagiac Pharmacy. My insurance wasn't working and the pharmacist was extremely helpful. He was on the phone for over an hour advocating for me since I had no idea what I was doing. He was kind and understanding. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

I switched from Rite Aid to Dowagiac Pharmacy. Dowagiac Pharmacy is an amazing addition to Dowagiac. When my husband and I had Covid he helped us out so much. He was very caring and professional. He always has his mask on when you enter the establishment. He is very knowledgeable and willing to go out of his way to help in anyway he can. I would highly recommend switching to this Pharmacy.

The service is what makes Dowagiac Pharmacy really special. I highly recommend it due to J.Patel's personalized service. This is not a giant chain pharmacy where you're essentially just a number. Add to that the fact that the prices are very reasonable, and this should be your new neighborhood pharmacy!

I Love going to Dowagiac Pharmacy to get my prescriptions filled. Jay Patel is such an awesome gentleman who provides exceptional service to all his customers. Such a lively, patient, and carint individual. Would defiantly recommend to anyone!

Dowagiac Pharmacy is a wonderful addition to our community. J. Patel takes a personal interest in each customer and works to make sure their medications are available without interruption. It is refreshing to do business with an independent pharmacy. We are so fortunate to have Dowagiac Pharmacy as an alternative to the big chain stores.

Great service, quick turn around on my medications, and a clean store. I love having a local pharmacy and pharmacy staff that seem to care about my health. I got so use to other pharmacies having staff members who would treat me as an inconvenience, but not here! If I have questions about medications or supplements they are answered with kindness and care. The prices on my vitamins are low and if I want something that isn’t typically in stock, it’s ordered quickly for me. There may not be a drive through but if you can’t walk in, they deliver! Highly recommend that you try this business out!

Small town small pharmacy. Exceptional service. No desires left unfulfilled! Jay Patel served me and he was very courteous and sociable. I enjoyed my trip to Dowagiac and the pharmacy was no exception!

The owner learned my name and remembered me from my first visit. He greets me every visit and takes care of all my pharmacy needs. Great service every time!
