I will only shop and have my cycle serviced at Eric's. They're helpful, reliable, and friendly. Their knowledge in cycles is unbeatable.

I had to take my bike in for repair on a tire not sealing and my seat post stuck into steel frame on fat bike. Eric had it completed within 4 hours time so I was race ready the following Saturday. Thank you for your special attention to detail as you had also noticed my back brake pad needed changed due to the penetrating oil having leaked onto it when I lifted the bike upright.

Dirk of Eric's Bike Shop is great he's able explain everything about bike riding and bikes. The repairs and adjustment on my bike are top notch. I will be purchasing my next road bike from them. All the staff that I have met have been wonderful to me and if they don't what I'm looking for that they carry in the store they will order for me. Just great people all the way around.

Just curious on prices on your 29er mountain bikes under 800 i need a new bike but I need a good price

I had rear tire inner tubes replaced in both of my electric bikes. Staff was very friendly, and listened to all of my concerns and gave me a general explanation of what could be the problems. I was given a time frame of when to expect completion of the service work, and the work was completed within the time frame given. I had a wonderful experience here, and this is now my new home for my family's bicycle needs.

Totally great staff and service. They have a TON of bikes in stock, very reasonably priced. They are always happy to look around the shop for spare parts, and often have them! Plus, if you have a quick job - they'll often just fix something right on the spot for me (replace BBs, swap cassette). Great shop!!

Amazing! We stopped in here to pick up a bike while on a trip from Oklahoma. They were super accommodating when the bike I wanted wasn’t put together yet as it had just arrived! Very helpful and would highly recommend to anyone.

Staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. I own several unusual classic bikes and Eric's Cycling Center has performed repairs at a very reasonable cost and on a timely basis. The Center has a wonderful selection of bikes and equipment. It's the only place I go for my bicycle related needs.

Purchased my bike about two weeks ago, and now have logged over 400 miles. Derk, Paula, and Eric are very knowledge, and assisted in choosing the right bike for me. Clip-on peddles, and a nice road bike are next on my list.
