Stopped in today and had an awesome experience. Adam was a great budtender and knew quite a bit about their products. Most importantly, he wasn't pushy about getting you to buy something. The entire place is well lit and easy to navigate. Everything is very nicely displayed and not an overwhelming experience for a first time customer. They also offer a rewards system which works great if you're a frequent shopper!

Absolutely love the deals and availability they offer. Demetria was super sweet and helpful with my first time there. We will definitely be returning especially during happy hour, I've been telling everyone at work about it so I hope to put the referral (!!!!) program to good use (: thanks guys!

Super great experience. First time into the new store. Didn't have 1 thing i was looking for. Got a great customer support from Ashlin. Helped me find something different 🥰 also helped me with my birthday and points discounts. Great places lots to look at. Probably alittle short staffed for the location. Your right next to wild bills and ur 24 hrs you should have more then 3 people working at lunch time. Just saying, busy, corner not just for weed sales.

Easily one of the best dispensaries in Kalamazoo. Staff was very friendly, very helpful, and very informative. My bud tender Alex was the best, super helpful. I would come back just for him but the whole experience was great. Clean, enjoyable store with a great selection and prices. Check it out!

I went into the Westnedge location for the first time on 4/13/23. The greeter was very pleasant and the bartender SAM🙂was awesome. What a wonderful experience.

I've been coming to Lake Effects south westnedge location and I can honestly say, Lake Effect is one of the very few dispensaries I can go to any time, any day, literally open 24/7. And I've never had ti wait more than 5 minutes. And that's only happened once out of the ory three dozen times I've gone there. I highly recommend the budtender named ADAM! He's a great guy and gives the best recommendations for smoke or anything else you may need. LAKE EFFECT is for sure the place to go for all your marijuana needs.

Another great bud tender is Aaron! He literally went out of his way to do me a real solid. I had apparently not been signed up for the loyalty program and I've been shopping here for a good while now. He took my info and said he would fix it and assured me by my next visit, I would have all the points I thaught I'd been getting already. And he was even the one who made me aware of this. I'd have never known if he hadn't said something to me about it. Good dude right there. I appreciate you Aaron!
