He is skilled, knowledgeable, and professional, not to mention very affable and low pressure. It had been 27 years since we had done any real estate transactions, and we were totally out of the loop. Doug made everything go smoothly, answered all our questions, and got us fair prices for our old house and our new condo. And his fees are the lowest in the area! Great guy.
