Fantastic Service! Jeff was my driver and was excellent in communicating with me, and found me in no time, even in a busy mall parking lot. Highly recommend, fantastic company.

Dylan was fantastic. Had a flat near Middleville and he arrived in just a few minutes. After the car was loaded I rode to Hastings in the tow truck. Dylan was personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and very well spoken. Highly recommended.

I had an incident with loading a vehicle on a trailer that went south. These guys took care of me and got me back on the road in no time. Awesome service and well trained. Well definitely keep their number for the next time I'm in the area and need help. Highly recommend.

Both the gentlemen who took my call and picked my car up to take to the shop were awesome. Extremely polite and professional. Didn't have to wait long at all. Will definitely be calling them again if I need a tow service!

FYI, today I learned that it is way less stressful and more efficient to call the tow company directly and pay out of pocket yourself (getting reimbursed by your insurance company) than to deal with the third party companies that insurance companies now pay to handle roadside assistance. (I know this isn't possible for everybody.) I spent hours on the phone this morning trying to get a tow truck to my house. It was absolutely ridiculous! And I will most certainly be dropping Citizens Insurance because of this happening to me two times!
Today I was lucky enough for this to happen while in the convenience of my own home. Unfortunately, the previous event was while traveling for the death of our father during the night time on a busy highway. We were left to fend for ourselves due to the inefficiency of third parties handling roadside assistance. That is not why we pay $400 a month in the state of Michigan. That is not peace of mind! That is not what insurance is there for.. insurance is supposed to be there for you and your time of need! Shame on any insurance carrier that takes our money and offers us this kind of business in return. Thank you again Fifelski Towing!

Brandon rescued me and my son from the side of the highway after blowing a tire. He was professional yet still made the experience comfortable for us. The both of us were able to crack a couple jokes back and forth. It was great. 😂 He gave me instructions on what to do before he arrived right up until we left the side of the road prioritizing safety as #1. We were able to laugh and make light of a friday night situation. He got us home safe and sound with our car and went on his way. Couldn’t ask for a better driver.

I called and 2 hours later tony was here and less than 15 minutes he had my flat tire changed out. Great service, fast and friendly staff. Recommend to anyone, thanks!

Great customer service! Arrived right when they said they would, had my car loaded up quickly and dropped it off right in my driveway. A great experience all around.

Great Job! I had scheduled a pickup to take my car to my mechanics, Fifelski towing actually showed up 10mins early 👍🏻 and had my car loaded & strapped down in record time! My mechanic LOVED that we showed up before my appointment, and that makes ME happy!!

Amazing service and professionalism. Dillon was early (but didn’t rush me at all).
I expected a tow but he was able to get my vehicle started and followed me to the shop.
He was knowledgeable (I know more about my vehicle now than i used to). He didn’t talk down to me because I’m female (yes, that still happens in the world). And he expressed concern about me being able to get back to my home afterwards ( he wasn’t just worried about getting HIS job done, but making sure I was completely taken care of)

Fifelski was dispatched via Progressive Insurance for a truck transmission failure I had. The driver was efficient, friendly and kind. They towed my truck to my requested destination and gave me a lift too.
