Had been looking for new flooring, so glad other company didn't return my calls and I stopped at Woods. From Terry who answered question and did the measuring to B Floored who did the installation. Great prices, great service. Very satisfied and love my floors!

Woods advertise that they stand behind what they sell. I have to say that is 100% true.It is so refreshing to deal with a business that truly cares.

I needed to find a lift chair for my dad but live and work 100 miles away. Jackie went out of her way to support me by phone and email to find a chair that would meet his needs. Highly recommend!

I don't know where to begin. This business surpasses any furniture store we have ever been in. They have outstanding service, an amazing amount of choices in whatever piece of furniture, appliance, or decorating item you need. They have a wide amount of price choices as well.

Brett was amazing from the moment we walked into Wood’s Household! He was accommodating, kind and knowledgeable. Wood’s/Brett beat prices from other retailers and had our appliances ready for when we moved into our new home. Brett was also very responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend Wood’s and Brett 100%!!! Can’t forget a shout out to tue crew who delivered and installed as well, they were efficient and installed appliances with ease.

Moving back to Michigan at the end of September 2021, we were shocked at the lack of inventory available in the area (not the fault of Woods). We did manage to locate a great living room set here in stock which every other store in the area had nothing. Unfortunately the matching loveseat had to be ordered, but we're hoping to see it before this summer. We also bought a new refrigerator from them a few months back and have been very pleased with their prices and service. Jessica was awesome to work with! They've earned our future business.

Customer service isn’t gone afterall! Every person we dealt with was super friendly and willing to actually figure out just what we needed in appliances. When we bought the wrong size fridge they were willing to let us hold onto it to use until the right one came in. We will be going to Woods for all our remodeling needs!

Small town feel but great selection! We ordered carpet for our Daughter's room and installers we're wonderful. Our sales person went above and beyond. Will return!

Very happy with bedroom and living room carpet and new sofa and 2 chairs. The carpet installers were awesome and moved furniture and got it back in place flawlessly.

Terry at Woods went above and Beyond to service our new Speed Queen washer and dryer that we did not even purchase from this company. We purchased our units from national chain who did not know how to properly install the units. Terry sent his installers out the Friday before the 4th of July after hours to fix our units at no cost. This is what customer service is all about!! They have a customer for life. Thank You Terry and Shawn

Outstanding customer service! We purchased a stacked, one unit washer and dryer for our cabin. It's larger than the one we were replacing, but we knew it would fit into the closet-type space. Unfortunately after removing the door from the doorway into the room, that only allowed for a 1/2" leeway to fit the unit through. Our installers Rob and Thomas were amazing! They were patient and confident working diligently to get our unit installed. "NO, is not an option" they told us. I just can't say enough about the effort and professionalism these two men had. It's a pleasure to do purchase from small local businesses. I don't believe we would've received the same service from a Big Box store! Well done gentleman and the rest of the crew at Woods Household Furniture and Appliance!

I've not yet visited Woods Appliance, however, I've been speaking with Brian about buying a new large screen TV. I've called and emailed him several times and consider him very helpful and professional. I expect I'll buy from them this week. They do have an excellent reputation.

In the past have purchased numerous items, today they delivered my refrigerator, set it up , hooked the water line to it, leveled it. Excellent service, they treat their customers with care, very knowledgeable, I don’t like the big box stores, like Woods for the way they take care of their customers! Thank you Woods!
