Simply Celia's

We were in Wayland test driving a car and the salesman suggested Simply Celia's. I'm SO glad he did.

The atmosphere was very comfortable. The sunshine was pouring in and they had fresh flowers on the tables. The server was very helpful and friendly.

I ordered the special: Apple Crumble Baked French Toast. It was amazing! So good. I could only eat half of it. My husband ordered the Arvind special and he really liked it.

I'm so glad we stopped in. If we are ever in the area again, we will stop by.

Amazing gluten free biscuits and gravy. Not advertised as such because it isn't a certified gluten free kitchen, but made with gluten free ingredients. They call it LG for less gluten. Highly recommend if this is a preference not a life threatening allergy!

Freaking delicious!!! This is not a typical breakfast place. No eggs, no potatoes. They have bacon and stuff!!!
But if you are looking for incredible French toast, giant pancakes with crisp edges, pasty’s that are huge and full, biscuits and gravy are so good, crispy outside warm and soft inside with a delicious sausage gravy, amazing quiche, you have to try Simply Celia’s. Also, try the baked French toast specials, Incredible. You can’t go wrong! Oh! And they have delicious coffee and great service!

The food was great, the poppyseed salad is just how my grandma makes it. Definitely coming back to this cozy little spot.

This place is filled with warmth and charm and is a Wayland treasure. Celia is a sweetheart and puts her all in to creating and preparing a menu that will please every person that walks in. I, for one, am a southern girl who is extremely picky about my biscuits and gravy. Celia's biscuits and gravy have a slight Cajun twist (but not spicy) that amplifies the gravy while not detracting from a traditional biscuits and gravy taste profile. Also, you should get the half order unless you're really hungry! In addition to biscuits and gravy, Celia's has giant pancakes (you'll probably want to share. I warned you!), baked french toast specials, pasty specials, and traditional breakfast food. Check this place out!

This place hands down has the best pancakes that I've ever had. I love the fact that there are no TVs in here and it helps create a more simple environment where you sit around a table with family and friends. There's a lot of love that goes into the food here; you can taste it. Celia came out and greeted us and asked us how the food was. She seems like a kind and very down to earth woman. I love this restaurant as well as the amazing, friendly staff!

We’ve always loved Simply Celia’s. The best breakfast Quiche and Duffins (donut muffins - with cinnamon sugar-yes)! Always great service and an inviting atmosphere.

Me and my dad make it a point to come here whenever we can! It’s slower but worth it. The bowls of coffee, fresh breakfast and great atmosphere is incredible. The food is always great and it’s the best way to start the day. I’ve lived in Wayland my entire life and I’m so happy to have this hidden gem right in town!! Definitely worth a visit

Definitely worth a stop! Baked french toast (maple bourbon) was spectacular! The helping sizes are remarkably large (you will leave with a to go box). The staff was super friendly, even on a busy Sunday morning.

This place was really great for breakfast. Oddly no potatoes, probably staffing or covid related reasons, but the light gluten bread is great, the pancakes are enormous, and the baked oatmeal is delicious. Really good breakfast spot.

Delicious 😋 & Tasty Food, you feel like your at mom's or grandma's. Service is excellent, coffee ☕hot & kept full. Duffins, baked oatmeal & Quiche sells out & baked bread & pies, always flying out the door. Order ahead for they sell out daily. Yum, yum!!❤

The owner is an amazing, inventive cook, and the wait staff treat even strangers like family. Fresh baked goods (including gluten-sensitive) and vegan options on the menu. I don't go to Wayland often but when I do, I eat here! The only downside - they close at 2, which I assume is so the owner and head chef in this small restaurant can have a few hours of sleep! I'd give it six stars of I could.

Amazing food. Huge portions. The owner is so nice. There is nothing bad to say. Went with a large party and got served pretty quickly. Oh and I appreciate the giant coffee mugs :)

The food was amazing! The baked rhubarb and strawberry baked french toast is to die for! ( I tried to con the recipe out of our wonderful waitresses, to no avail 😉). My husband had the quiche which was masterfully baked with a delicate crust and creamy center. This is a wonderful hidden jem that needs to come out and shine!

Small down diner right in town and well worth the visit of you're in the area visiting or a resident in the area. Home cooking which is about great! Excellent service with a greeting and a smile!

Not only is Simply Ceclia’s fantastic food, but the waitress Stephanie is a rockstar. She gets things for you before you even realize you need it. She is personable and her smile makes your day. We had a large group with several kids. She handled it with grace and gumption. I highly recommend Simply Ceclia’s as a treat!

The pasties (breakfast & beef) are the best I’ve ever had, using good quality meat, fluffy eggs & excellent pastry. Will make Simply Celia’s a destination, & can’t wait to try other menu items!

First visit but my sisters are regulars! I can see why! Great food! Great service! Sisters and I will be making Simply Celia's a regular stop for our monthly breakfast/lunch get togethers!😊❤
