Edward Outpatient Center - Plainfield

Arrived 15 minutes before scheduled appointment as requested and was taken almost immediately. Once inside the office I filled out their form and again was called almost immediately. The technician was great. He was thorough and thoughtful. He made sure I was comfortable during the entire time. Everyone I came in contact with was wonderful. My only issue would be the receptionist at the outpatient check-in. She seemed annoyed that she had to stop what she was doing to help me.

I was there 20 early for a 7am appointment. It was pretty deserted except for a security guard and this awesome man who checked me in and was going to take me in a wheel chair up to the cardio department as I didn’t know how far it was. The guard offered to take me the rest of the way and since the department and waiting room was still closed, he brought me in the side door and into the waiting room until the nurse unlocked the doors and invited me in. The place was spotless, everywhere. The technician was so thoughtful, explained as much as she could and protected my privacy totally. Before I knew it I was done, dressed and in my way. Thank you everyone that made this so easy and easing.

I have Cuban relatives flying in and we’re going to need a mediator.
I have no problem alerting the local authorities. This specific relative has ONE time, uno momento they upset me, I will become active. Thank you in advance

I want to compliment my technicians on Saturday. My experience was a great time. Had my Mamo and Dex scan… done timely and had fun with her. My question was why can’t my Mamo be done like the scanner…. Can we work on getting that implemented.
I hope the hospital appreciates these ladies that bring great energy and fun with a not so fun experience….

Easy to make appointment, taken before appt tome. Tech explained everything step by step, answered my questions. All went fine, piece of cake!

Great customer service. The Ultrasound technician was amazing, friendly, took her time. I felt very comfortable in this facility.

Dr. Ozgen is a fantastic doctor. He listens to his patients, is very friendly and has a wonderful bed side manner. He answers your questions and concerns in a manner that one can understand. I've seen him for many years. He is my favorite doctor. I never have long wait times when I visit his office. Highly recommend Dr Ozgen and his services.

The staff listened to my concerns, obtained the orders needed due to my history. The radiologist read the films , and the results were given to me right away. Everyone I came into contact with was pleasant and professional.

I've not had one bad issue with this whole Healthcare system ! Everybody from start to finish has always been very respectful and professional !!! I'd recommend them all day long !

Went for an ultrasound of my kidneys and bladder. The technician that did the procedure was amazing and so very kind. She calmed my nerves and made the whole process so much easier than I thought it would be. She is an absolute angel.

Check in was the longest but wasnt long. I got in right away, and barely waited 5 minutes. The radiologist was friendly and efficient. I had my results that afternoon!

I was seen by Karen Kowalczyk FNP and she her team did an excellent job talking care of my health care needs and issues. Everyone is friendly and makes sure I am properly informed. about my health and care. I was concerned about my chest tightness and blood pressure and Karen Kowalczyk and her team ensured in less than 1 hour my echocardiogram was approved with the insurance. All I have to say is keep up the fantastic work you are doing!

My experience is always wonderful at Edwards. I love that they always try to do whatever they need to do to make you comfortable. They also explain what is happening and what is going to happen.

It was a seamless appointment with very little wait time. My tech was compassionate, professional and helpful.

There was no waiting in the outer area and the procedure was done immediately when I got to the imaging center. I was out and on my home in great time. I love the people, they are are caring and friendly.

After enough blood came out the nurse decided to do another pricking. Why? She also moved from room to room like she didn't have the necessary supplies or was confused.

My experience has been extremely good.
I did online checkin which was simple and easy.
At the outpatient centers, everything got done very timely and efficiently and the results were also posted very quickly.

Was very pleased with service at front desk, young man who checked me in, maybe Brandon, was very engaging, friendly and helpful. Person who did my CT scan was professional and explained procedure. I choose to drink the contrast there thinking they would take me in to a secluded area to drink it. Instead, I had to go in to the public bathroom to consume the contrast. Probably would not choose that option the next time.
