Most pharmacy staff are courteous & helpful... HOWEVER, some Rx staff members (including one occasional RPh) are less-than-friendly - even upon multiple visits.
I understand (but don't like it) having to wait at pharmacies, but after the wait time, I'd at least like some politeness when my turn finally comes around.

Had a terrible experience trying to pick up my mothers prescription after her surgery. Samantha W was unhelpful, refused to help me and ran away from the window. Very disappointed with customer service.

Yeah this place is constantly changing hours opening later, no weekends etc. Then they take forever!
