Had to get labwork done here and was great,made an appointment for it so didn't have to wait long.

All this red tape. Go to a quick care in another town chatham due to lower right abdominale pain. Ruled out urinary infection wanted to get a ultra sound ran for possible appendix issue was denied. Told had to go to ER or make appointment with primary. Call lincoln IL to get appointment booked 3 months out asked to switch to any doc that has something open. Told to call back. Why do I have insurance and why would you force a patient to pay an ER bill. Arent you all the same health care system. This is why i never go to doc. Last two times i have had to pay an er bill because lincoln IL dosent want to accommodate patients with busy work schedules.

Extremely long wait times. Tired of watching people walk in off the street and be seen before my wife.

Not good patient care when you can't get your prescription filled.

Too much red tape and incompetence at this "healthcare facility". If you value your health, you should likely look outside of the Memorial system for care.
