Midwest Dental - Lincoln

After a couple bad experiences elsewhere, my visit with Midwest Dental was amazing. Everyone was friendly and kept me informed of everything they were doing. They listened to my concerns and made a treatment plan based on what I wanted not extra services they wanted to sell me. The last few times I’ve visited a dentist I’ve left defeated and in tears. I left my visit yesterday happy and excited to get started with my treatment plan!

Dr. Jim did an amazing job. He made me comfortable and is friendly never met a dentist who could calm my nerves down. He is very educated and does a very good job. I will definitely be coming back. And the receptionist lady named Dakota is very, very nice and a caring person they honestly care about their patients here.

Dr James Chang is an outstanding very caring and wonderful dentist! He treated me like a human being not just another dollar sign. He took the time to explain everything to me so that I would understand and answered any and all of my questions I had. He had exceptional bedside manner was very compassionate friendly and polite and understanding. I could tell that he truly cared about me as a person and was very open and honest with me telling me exactly what did and did not need to be done with my dental care. Not telling me stuff just to make more money off of me or my insurance. In my opinion every doctor should be this way with their patients, if not then they shouldn't be in this field of business. I would and most definitely will refer Dr Chang to all my friends and family that ever need Dental care.

They are wonderful. Dr Jim is now working on my son’s dental plan and he needs much work. He is taking his time and doing what all needs done and going with best options. He explains every step to us and why he thinks this is the best choice. We feel confident that Dr Jim and his staff will do a wonderful job and bring back my sons smile. Thank you Midwest dental all of your staff is amazing. You know how you can tell that someone really loves their job every one here dose you can feel that when you walk in. It’s like dentistry from the heart. Amazing work.

Everyone in the office is so nice and care about their patients. Dr Jim makes you feel comfortable when you are nervous about procedure and does a great job!

Love this dentist! He was never judgmental about my teeth or piercings. And he saved my tooth! When everyone else wanted to pull it! Thank you so much

Dr. Jim and Chassidy (Chasity) - not sure how to spell her name- were fantastic. I have a lot of dental anxiety and was very nervous for my appointment. They kept me comfortable and made sure I was doing okay the entire time. Dr. Jim explained exactly what he was doing and even drew a picture to explain what was happening. This is by far the best dental experience I have had.

Toni and the staff are so friendly, caring and knowledgable. Dr Jim is very experienced and good at breaking down the treatment plan needed and giving you the best options. The only Dental choice for me is Midwest Dental!

I love this place! I hate going to a dentist but Midwest changed my mind. Best experience ever!

This facility is the best! They have restored my faith in dentistry. The staff is nice, friendly, helpful, and kind. The dentists that have been there are personable, thorough and I feel safe and comfortable in the chair.
While I miss Julio - he has been replaced by some very competent staff in the search for a permanent professional.

I was in for a cleaning a couple weeks ago and got great service. Teri is the best! I met Dr. Jim for the first time. He was congenial and thorough in examining a patient for the first time. He also offered a great tip for teeth brushing in the hard-to-reach area at the back of your mouth. Thanks!

I usually hate going to the dentist, but both of my visits here have been as pleasant as a dental visit can be. The staff were very friendly and helpful, it wasn't painful (which is always a nice plus), and my visits were timely. The first visit was a little longer just because of xrays and the initial exam, but the cleaning was done well and quickly and I didn't have to miss much work. They've also got good hours if you don't want to miss a ton of work.

X-RAYS and cleaning. “Gina” was my hygienist. She is very personable and professional. Very thorough cleaning/polishing. Dr “Jim” is also very thorough with his overall assessments. Receptionists are outstanding! Highly recommend Midwest Dental!

After having a very negative experience with another dentist in Lincoln, I was very apprehensive about going to yet another doctor in the same city. My first visit to Dr. Morales at Midwest Dental quickly took away all of my apprehension. The entire staff is friendly and treats you like you are their only patient. I am very pleased with their treatment of me.

Just want to share my great experience I am a truck driver and they got me in same day to help get rid of the pain I was in everyone was very nice and the Dr wanted to get my work done the right way he took pride and care for the work he was doing great job and thanks
