Joleen and Renee are fabulous people to work with. They helped me with the carpet color selection which turned out to be a much better choice than what I had initially chose. I went with Angel Dreams by Lees and absolutely love it. Corby did an excellent job installing the carpet against the hardwood floors. Jay upholstered the steps and they look amazing. Boss Carpet in Freeport did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. the designer Nicole went above and beyond to find a very particular marble tile that we were looking for and it looks fantastic! the installer Tony is a true artist and craftsman. His work was impeccable, and he was always on time and very neat and tidy. They made the whole experience extremely easy and stress-free! We absolutely will use Boss Carpet one for our next bathroom remodel.

Best experience dealing with a business ever! Joleen was on top of her game and got us scheduled almost immediately after we chose the flooring. Stephen did the install and was very good at doing custom work. Lots of "cut ins" and it came out perfect! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this specific Boss One Carpet location!! Price was very competitive and they stand by their word. Would do business with them again for sure!

We had a large open stairway to the upstairs carpeted. Renee was very helpful in the type of carpet to put in. When it came time to set up times she would text me an update on when the installers were coming. The installers worked hard and did a great job. We love it and it looks great!

After living out of state for 3 years and renting out our Freeport home we decided to move back. This meant the house needed renovating...especially the flooring.
