Precision Movement has done an amazing job at pushing me and keeping me accountable. I am a busy single mom with a demanding job. I love that I do not have to plan a thing. I just show up and will be pushed to keep improving. Ashley and Patrick are excellent coaches! I am excited to continue my fitness journey with them as guides.

Precision Movement has become a huge part of our family routine. The coaches and members are all so welcoming and encouraging. My kids, husband, and I have all become stronger, healthier, and happier since joining the gym!

We joined this gym about 2 years ago and it has definitely helped change our lifestyle. The people here are just amazing and the coaches truly care about their members. Here you are not just another number or client because Patrick and Ashley make you feel more than that. Once you get in the front door you’ll be hooked I guarantee it!! It’s not just a gym but a family!! With awesome workouts! We also started our teenager here last summer and the gains that he has made have been a huge benefit to his athletics. The strength and confidence he now has is starting to set him apart. So glad we are members and look forward to going to the gym everyday

Patrick and Ashley, and the other coaches, are absolutely amazing. They are great at communicating and explaining the work outs and
the proper techniques, even if it's the 100th time that you have asked. I love that when I go there, the work outs have already been figures out! I'm not going in questioning if my workout will be the most effective. Everyone that comes here are highly motivating and will always encourage you to do your best. So the environment at this gym is very welcoming, and you are very much part of a close-knit team. This team has helped transform me to a healthier me and a better lifestyle.
Plus they offer different services to provide you with a plan that serves you best!!!

While on winter break my sister and I needed a gym to train, which led us to contacting Precision Movement. The owner replied to my email in a timely manner and was so sweet to let us drop in while we were in town. The coach greeted us with a smile was was super helpful getting us acclimated to their gym and workouts. He spoke with confidence and gave helpful pointers throughout the workout. We can’t wait to return to the gym next year during our yearly break!

Update-March 5, 2023 will be 1 year at Precision Movement and it has changes all aspects of my life for the better. I was in the worst shape of my life and this year I am participating in the intramural open. Doing workouts that the top athletes in the world are doing, only modified to my ability. I thought CrossFit was only for certain people. I couldn’t have been more wrong! CrossFit is for everyone!

Everyone is so kind and helpful!! Joining is the best decision I’ve ever made.

Precision Movement is like a second family. They're a great group of people that cheer you on. I'm in better shape physically and mentally now, than when I was in high-school! Precision Movement has helped me get my life back!

I've been a member of Precision Movement for a little over 2 years now. If I had to describe the gym in 1 word it would be, energy. There is a positive energy in the atmosphere, the coaches, and the members. If you're looking for physical energy, you will gain it. Your current energy will be taken to another level. Mostly, you'll experience an energy that you didn't know you needed. Every person has their own set of goals and gains but the common ground is that every coach, every member, is backing you up to meet those goals and gains. Every workout is a challenge and is modified to your needs. Experience it for yourself, afterall, that's the only way you're going to know. Sometimes, all we need to do is just show up for ourselves.

Best of the best! The coaching staff are very knowledgeable! They produce outstanding athletes who are so welcoming and encouraging. If you have been considering I highly encourage you to check them out.
