We took our BMW to him from Sterling and him and his staff went above and beyond for us. We did not have to contact our insurance at all throughout the process they took care of everything. Car is in mint shape now driving perfect looks even better. 10/10 recommend this collision center.

These guys are the consummate professionals. Extremely friendly and courteous. I told them I had a hard deadline for needing my vehicle back and they fixed my vehicle in no time. The turnaround time was amazing and they kept me informed with updates the entire time.

They even vacuumed my interior and washed and waxed the exterior 🤯!!

Stopped in for an estimate after an accident. All were very professional and helpful. Got us on our way quickly. They do terrific repair work.

I cannot say enough good things about this auto body shop! When my car was in an accident Gary's was recommended to me. They were amazing with communication. They lined up car rental for the entire time my car was in the shop! The car looks brand new! They communicated other issues they found and got those fixed as well. The receptionist, Amber, was so sweet! Easy to get ahold of via call or email. Definitely would recommend this shop!

Outstanding service and repair from A to Z. Gary and Amber took over after I tried to get in contact with the insurance company of the gentleman who hit my vehicle. I was getting nowhere with them. Within 2 business days Gary had it all taken care of. Estimate was spot on, they lined up a rental car at no cost to me, and kept me updated every step of the way on the repair. My vehicle looks brand new and the paint job is an absolute perfect match. Once I handed over the situation to Gary and Amber I literally did not have to do anything else except drop off and pick my car up. I wouldn't go anywhere else except Gary's. I'd rate 10 stars if I could. Thank you for the excellent service and repair!

I had a wonderful experience with Gary and his staff. I needed front end body work done on my 2015 Chrysler 200s that I was paying for out of pocket. Gary went over my car and created a detailed list of parts and costs that he could see without tearing it apart and told me how long it would take. He explained everything so I could understand exactly what was needed and why. I did compare it to others and he was comparable so I went with him. I'm so glad I did! His office staff is so friendly and courteous. They kept me up to date on the progress, let me know when an extra part was needed and the cost before ordering it and answered any questions I had. The work was completed on time and at a reasonable cost even with the additional part. Gary went above and beyond by fixing some minor paint damage to my back panels on each side and on my rear driver's side door. He also had the rims cleaned and looking beautiful. My car looks almost brand new. I highly recommend Gary and his staff for any body work. Thank you Gary and staff for the wonderful experience and the great work on my car!! I'm proud to drive it again!

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. They kept me in the loop on what was going on and scheduled me quickly. The end result was fantastic as they do great quality work for a reasonable price. The Malibu looks brand new and I would highly recommend Gary's Collision Center to anyone that needs any type of automotive body work.

Oh my goodness, what a wonderful experience. I had a fender bender and I cannot tell you what a wonderful job they did! So prompt, kind and courteous and the communication was amazing - communication I have never experienced before. They gave me a clean and comfortable loaner courtesy car and contacted me every step of the way. Oh, and how did my car come out? FANTASTIC!!!! You would never know it had been damaged. BONUS: they thoroughly and professionally cleaned not only the outside but the inside (detailed) as well!!! Knowledgeable and AMAZING workmanship. I have had work done on cars in the Chicago suburbs many times over the past 45 years and, honestly, Gary's is the best - BY FAR. Thank you Gary and Elizabeth!! I am very happy.

Gary and his staff do a wonderful job keeping you as the customer informed while your car is being repaired. I was called mid week with an update as to where my car was in the shop. I felt so confident with Gary repairing my damaged car. After my car was repaired he gave me a very detailed explanation as to what was fixed. Big or small job, Gary is who I Will recommend!

Couldn't have asked for any better of service. Communication by everyone at the shop was fantastic and they were all extremely nice and professional. My truck came back perfect and even washed! Can't recommended Gary's enough!

We had a great experience at Gary’s. They worked everything out with insurance, so all we had to do was pay was the deductible. Truck came back detailed in and out, and looks better than the day I bought it. Very friendly folks, will do business here again.

I had my vehicle detailed at their Detail Shop... they did an amazing job both inside and out! Impressive and didn't break the bank to get it done!
Also had a minor repair done at their Body Shop, my by back quarter panel got "doored" by some inconsiderate idiot. They did a great job fixing it, never even know the marks were there!

Gary is top-notch in all aspects of his profession. Very detailed, explanatory, and transparent during his assessment. Gary takes his time and helps you understand the issues and what is needed to correct those issues. All around excellent customer service from Gary and staff.

I took my Dodge Journey to be detail the interior before I tried to sell it. Not only did the do an incredible job 0n the interior, but they went above and beyond by giving the exterior a quick wash, buffing off some paint from a dent where I hit the garage, and told me where to go for touch up paint. It was an incredible experience and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Much damage to right rear of my car from larger vehicle hitting mine. I can not find any evidence of the collision at all in body, paint or function. Amazing! Highly recommend Gary and his staff.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Gary and Liz were so kind and professional the entirety of the process and what is normally a huge pain in the rump was smooth and easy! This is definitely a hidden gem of Freeport and I would recommend over and over again for ANYONE who needs body work done to any vehicle!
