Call within a couple days was able to come out to my house and replace all my water lines with Pex looks amazing no more leak. Highly recommend!

Got over Charged for more than $1500. My sewer got clogged and I call D & D Complete Sewer Services. They have someone come out and spend around 3 hours to get sewer unclogged and send me a invoice for $2,153.75. I just hope they make mistakes when they do the invoice.

Was told $260 to pump tank provided was 1000 gal or less and take less than 1.5 hours. Guys were here one hour and 15 min. Tank is 750 gallons. Spent more time repriming pump than sucking out tank. Charged the $260 plus an additional $382.50 for extra 1.5 hours(supposedly after hours). Claim they came after hours even though guys were done and out before 3pm. Will never use this service again. I would advise hiring Benedict septic services. Benedict charged $850 total and dug up half our yard to replace a pipe while they were here year before last. Workers were very nice and polite however the billing department needs to figure out their prices and quit scamming their customers. Have heard this from other people within the community as well. I am a company owner and would never take advantage of our customers like that. Good luck staying in business treating people this way. Have sent payment in full and will be getting legal advice on this matter.
