When I went it was 30 degrees out. However the wash was not operable. Called the company and they verified there was a problem. I got my money back and free wash. That is good business.
I went back the next week when it was in the 40s and it got all the mud and salt off.

The metal debris left in the vacuuming area can be hazardous to your tires. I called corporate and surely they will address the issue. Anytime I needed help the HR lady would be friendly and take care of my needs.
