Lincoln Illinois Secretary of State Facility

Showed up around 10 was done around 1020 about 5 minutes was spent waiting the people here work quick and deserve more

Everyone was very helpful as we all struggled with requirements when it came to green card holders

The staff was courtesy and ran a good system to take care of everyone’s needs, regardless of what they were there for. The wait time was very limited and they were able to fit plenty of customers within the building rather than having to wait outside due to the circumstances were are in. I would recommend this facility to those who are within a 45 minute drive.

I actually enjoy going to the Dmv again. The ladies at Lincoln are the best! Gail, Cody & Stephanie are helpful and know thier jobs so well that it makes going there no longer seem like a chore. 5 stars!

Great place. The 2 ladies that are always in there are super pleasant and very efficient. Compared to other DMVs in the area I've been to, this one is hands down the best!

The folks at the Lincoln DMV were OUTSTANDING. They helped me fix a sticker issue, and license plate replacement within 5 minutes. Excellent staff
