One VERY happy daughter and two very happy parents!

Our 4 year old decided she wanted shoulder length hair, and mama wanted to keep as much length as possible; mama couldn't personally attend the haircut because she was sick, but the hairstylist (forgive me for not knowing her name) even had dad call mom to make sure she didn't cut out daughters hair too short. It turned out PERFECT and exactly the way everyone wanted and pictured. We have one very confident 4 year old who now "loves getting haircuts" hahaha.

Thank you to the team at cookie cutters for everything! You guys go above and beyond, and it doesn't go unnoticed or unappreciated!

Also very reasonably priced, if anybody reading this is wondering. Their first haircut package is awesome, too; they'll give you a little baggie of their first hairs, a certificate and picture to commemorate and put in the baby book! (We got that done when she was about two)

Second time we’ve brought our 4 year old here to get her haircut and we will be life time clients! Our girl has been wanting the Big Chop since she was 2.5 and we finally went through with it. Katie and the rest of the team did such a marvelous job, from the moment we showed up (a little late I might add) and we’re so ecstatic with the results! Katie managed to create such a cute, chic, and appropriate haircut/style for our little girl that just wanted to be bald like daddy. End result being a super stylish and well done pixie cut, perfect for a young girl! ♥ thank you Katie and team!

My son had an official salon hair cut here. He had his previous ones at home (due to pandemic). He was a bit scared and worried. But the barber at the salon was very nice and receptive. She did the hair cut despite of his behavior. Overall it was a good experience. The place is kids friendly. However due to pandemic time, the slide was closed.

They did such a good and quick job on my son’s hair. This was our first time getting his hair cut professionally, and it was a fun experience. We immediately felt like we were in good hands! Ja’Net was wonderful to both my son and I. We will definitely be coming back!

The young lady was very nice from the moment we arrived. My son has autism, and she was very calm with him. I was actually surprised to be honest. She put his favorite cartoon even though i did come prepared with his tablet, snacks, bottles and his favorite toys. I love the fact that he was able to get his first haircut. The place is very nice and clean, there is some some toys there. Very bright colors. The seats are different types of cars. She took ger time to ask us how we wanted his hair cut. She took a great picture of my son for his first haircut certificate.

Ja'Net is amazing! She did an awesome job with my daughter's hair. Then today she did an awesome job with my son's hair even though he was not a fan of the clippers. So much patience love the atmosphere. The team was working so hard to calm my son. I cannot recommend this place and Ja'Net more! We will definitely be going back!

Amanda was great with our little guy and was very informative on the types of cuts he should have to keep his hair growing properly. Such a cute environment, can’t wait to come back for his second haircut!

Great place for your kid. The play area is great and clean. The lady who cut my 2.5 year old sons hair was supper patient and tried to make his comfortable and gave a nice cut.

My daughter has her first hair cut here on Monday February 5th, 2024 and it was awesome! She had a great experience and we will be back. The lady Sandi who cut her hair was wonderful! The hair products we bought are wonderful as well.

Amazing experience! I was really worried because my toddler dreads haircuts. They did an amazing job with calming him, cutting his hair straight and perfect even when he was trembling, crying, and trying to get out. They are very calm and really focus on helping distract the child from the haircut.

We have lived in IL for two years now, and before finding Cookie Cutters, it was nerve racking to even think of getting our boys hair cuts. Our boys have had their hair cuts by many of the ladies there and they are ALL amazing. I do have to give a special shout out to Ja’Net, though. She seems to get our boys and now they are excited for haircuts. We are appreciate you!

Took my baby for his first haircut and had an awesome experience ! Even though my kid was crying and fighting his way through his haircut, Natali was understanding, patient and fast ! The certificate they give is too cute and Natali got a nice picture of my son to put on it. All my family and friends love his new haircut! Definitely will be coming back! Before and after.

First haircut for our toddler was here! Awesome place, Janey was great with him, quick and knows what shes doing. Shes a pro. They have enough distractions for the kiddo to sit still. Hoping our kiddo sits this well for the next one! They also have a play area for kids to play in before or after. Highly recommend.

They are fantastic! My son won’t let me trim his hair at home. He LOVED Cookie Cutters. The stylist was very attentive to him. 10/10 for overall experience.

Natali is GREAT. She is really friendly and does a great job with my Autistic son. He is very squirmy and she adjusts her cutting. She styles his hair and has taught me what to do so it works towards the desired look.

She has a great personality and enjoyable to speak with while she is managing him. I'm very happy with her services.

We brought my 2 year old son in for his 1st haircut and we had an amazing experience. Ja’Net was amazing with him and I am obsessed with his haircut! We have found our place and stylist for his future haircuts.

Had a great experience. My daughter told us she was nervous on the way there, but one look at the balloons, toys, slide and cool seats and she was all set! We had a great experience and she was happy!

Didn't have an appt but they were able to squeeze us in because another appt didn't show. Great hair cut for my son, 9, although he thought it was too short.

My daughter had a great time! Amanda did a great job cutting my daughter's curly hair!!.She was friendly and welcoming ! Made my daughter feel comfortable. We arrived early and she took us earlier than our appointment time. Worked out great! My 3 year old can't wait to go back :-)
