Checked in online and no wait when I arrived. The place was clean and well appointed and staffed appropriately. Our stylist was excellent, friendly and gave my son the exact haircut he wanted with skill and proficiency. A good first haircut experience for the mohawk every 9 year old wants...

It's the only place I go. Just my opinion, but I'd rather get my hair cut at the place doing nonstop mens cuts. Carissa is always detailed and consistent, takes her time to get it right, and let's me know when what I'm asking for may not work. (Anyone I've worked with though has been great) They also do a sale a few times a year where you can buy a bunch of haircuts in bulk and it adds another layer of ease to the experience.

I rarely write reviews, but Nikki deserves 1000 stars. My 3yo son is non-verbal autistic. The smallest thing can be overstimulating and send him into beast mode. Getting his hair cut is always a rough time. I was avoidant for too long and his haircut couldn’t be put off anymore. Our usual barber was booked out a week so I took a huge chance and stopped in sports clips with very low expectations. Nikki had my son smiling and laughing and sitting in the booster by himself the entire time. She didn’t rush him when he needed a stimulation break. She let him “help” and talked to him like one of her own kids. I just stood there shocked. No one had ever been so patient and confident when working with him. His hair has never looked this good and he didn’t scream or cry once. Amazing. Thank you so much Nikki, for your patience and kindness and for sharing your talent.

During my latest visit I was serviced by Veronica. She was polite, professional and made sure my hair looked exactly how I wanted it. I greatly appreciate that she took the time to get it just right which made my experience that much more enjoyable. I look forward to her cutting my hair again and hope she gets recognized for her hard work and how well she treats her customers.

I'm, 52 years old, and I never meet a more skilled hair stylist than Carissa. I am the pickiest person when it comes to fades. And She doest ever leave one straggler. I Been a dedicated customer for 5yrs. And will will remain her client as long as she is sheering away at her scissors. Any one who does not agree does not know a thing about fades. And needs to be educated on fades. If her prices sky rocketed I would still pay for her skills.

I went in last week to get my son's hair cut and the lady that cut his hair did such a great job. He received the most perfect little boys haircut and looks so handsome. I love how she styled his hair. I will be going back to her again!! I HIGHLY recommend this place to get your hair cut! They do a great job!

I've been using sport clips for 8 years now and have only been disappointed once and it was a location in San Antonio, TX. The stylists here in Algonquin have always been top notch though.

The girls are great at this Sports Clips and my kids and I received amazing hair cuts! Angie even fixed a bad DIY job on my son and it turned out perfect. The kids loved the TVs and the sports!

Today I took my One year old son in for his first haircut. Michelle did a fantastic job with him. He got to sit all by himself and she moved with him as he kept looking around. She was very sweet and took her time with him being so young. Even when he got fussy from sitting she helped keep him calm. Can’t thank her enough. Will definitely be back.

Take my sons here quite a bit. Staff is super friendly but more importantly they are good at what they do. My kids have hard to manage hair and they always do a wonderful job styling them while making the process as enjoyable as possible l. Highly recommend this group.

I always go to Sports Clips for my haircut, but this was one of my best experiences ever. My stylist, Mallory, was incredibly personable and knowledgeable. She encouraged me to try something just a little bit different from what I normally get, and it turned out great. Will definitely be coming back to this location!

It was my first time using this Location and I was quite pleased. If I go back then I'll ask for Kristin if she's available since she did a thorough job with my haircut. Overall the service was friendly and professional.

Moved to Algonquin about a year ago and I finally found a great barber shop. The staff is awesome, always get my cut right. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs hair cut done correctly.

This was my first visit to them and really gave a great haircut and treated me really good over .. Highly recommend them and will be heading back to see Heather again all the time now.. She was awesome!

I've been going here for 4 years, steadily. Sometimes you wait and sometimes you don't. Love this place! The only way I'll get my haircut anywhere else is if I move out of state.
