Advanced Carpet Cleaning

I've used Mike for 5+ years. Each time, I appreciate them showing on time and cleaning even the smallest area rugs before they leave. My whole house smells fresh. I have multiple pets and I've felt that utilizing them twice a year helps keep my pet odor and hair minimal.

I’m rating this a one star not because of the work that was performed but because of the owners actions. The guys that came out and cleaned the carpet did a really good job and were fun to be around but when it was time to pay they tried charging me $149 and I was told it would be $109 when I made the appointment. So one of the workers called the owner Mike and told him I said we had agreed on $109 so he lowered it $10 which was still $30 higher so I called Mike myself and told him what we had discussed and the price that we had agreed on when I made the appointment and that was what I was going to pay and he said OK and hung up on me. It’s my understanding that Mike hangs up on a lot of people so I guess Mike has more money than brains if he treats his customers that way but it’s too bad he had to treat me like that because I would’ve definitely used them again however with that being said I felt compelled to write my first Google review and would not use him again.
