I saw Dr. Patel today for the first time. She was very thorough and took care of many of my health needs, rather than the one issue for which I made an appointment. She was friendly and personable. She was able to talk with me about health needs related to weight, but she did it without making me feel judged.

The staff are always friendly and listen. Dr Leman and his staff answer questions quickly. Dr L is the best doctor I have ever had

I have been coming to this clinic for almost seven years now, and I have CONSISTENTLY received nothing but the best care. The staff here are very highly dedicated to providing top notch medical care.

Unity Point Family Medical has been giving me excellent care from my doctor Seth Vanheukelom to all the nurses and the techs who assist in taking care of me. Their greatest concern is my Wellness.

I went here throughout my 4th pregnancy & it was a great office! It is a little hard to contact them via phone, but I could talk to my doctor on my chart no issues.
Dr. Schuh and Dr. Andrew's are the two whom performed my c section & did a wonderful job. Both of them have amazing bed side manner and DR. Schuh has awesome in office manner as well! (I never saw Dr. Andrews in office but she was exceptional before and during surgery!) Not only did they talk to me they made sure to communicate with my husband as well. Thank you to all of their staff for always being on top of everything! Even months after my delivery!

Absolutely thee worst. Dr's don't care about their patients or their health. Everyone acts clueless. You have to be on them about your meds. Dr's never wanna discuss every issue only have time for 1 or 2 things to be discussed. I was given someone else's discharge papers last week when I was leaving my appt. I have a blood disorder that cause my blood to clot more than the average person so I have to take blood thinners everyday well its been a week and the pharmacy is still saying the prescription hasn't been called in to be refilled and of course the Dr's office is acting clueless like they sent in the order smh just terrible and it used to be the best idk what happened but they def need to get it together

Like the drs but the staff in the front need to get a job where they don't deal with people and paper work doesn't match up that they give you from hospital to the Dr office and expect to wait and have attitude at the front desk when they mess up and has nothing to do with you

Go anywhere other than this office if you can. It doesn’t matter if you’re pregnant. It doesn’t matter if you made your appointments months in advance. They will call you the day before to cancel or reschedule them and then take as long as legally possible to transfer your records anywhere else. On the rare chance you actually do get in for your appointment, you can expect to wait at least 90 minutes to see your provider. By the time you’ve seen them and they send you to the lab for testing, it’ll conveniently have closed for the day and you’ll have to reschedule to come back again. Truly the seventh circle of hell.
