They really have your best interest in mind. Sanitary, prepared, and set up with gloves, masks, etc...

Just moved here, I’ve been here twice and have had nothing but great service. Everyone was so friendly & provided undivided attention. Highly recommend.

Just went to the lab for blood work. In and out so fast!

Do not see Dr. Tracy Mizeur!! She is very rude and doesn't even look at you while speaking with you. She should not practice medicine. Not a people person!! Haven't had a problem with any of the other Doctors here, just her. You've been warned.

Don't recommend dealing with Nurse Practioneer Diane Endress. She's condescending and refuses to listen to your concerns. It's ridiculous when you go in for a consistent headache that all she wants to do is argue with you about past visits. I'm not here to argue. Hell I don't want to be here anyways. Hence why I ignore my damn headaches for weeks. Before I make an apt. I don't like to deal with people who don't give a damn about your well being.

It would be nice that when in an emergency and you’re asked to contact their physician that someone would answer the phone at that office because IT MIGHT BE IMPORTANT!
4 times I have called down there in 6 months and no answers the phone. It makes people not trust or seek help. Thanks

This place is horrible just because someone doesn't like their dr gets told they can't have a new dr and kicks them out. Also stated all dr treats the patient the same , how are you going to treat a new patient without knowing what is wrong as not every one is the same , different issues

The doctors and nurses are well trained and have good bedside manor. The front desk staff and billing however are completely incompetent. They forced my 14 year old sick CHILD to fill out release forms so that her PARENTS could speak to the doctor on her behalf. Since when is 14 an adult? They then lied about this to her other parent when they called and inquired as to why this was done. They do not bill the proper insurance, consistently put things in the wrong name, change addresses and the billing information without checking with the patient actually standing in front of them even when they have checked IDs. It's been YEARS of nonsense, we finally switched and Springfield Clinic never has had a single issue treating our children or keeping the paperwork straight.

Edit to add: Todd the billing manager called me back and was professional and apologized for my issues. Let's hope he is able to fix it and get this office back on track.

This us one of the worst places to go for any more then the common cold. I have never in my life been treated worse by medical professionals then I have here. My most recent appointment was with Rosemarie Murphy. I told her multiple times that I have had a heart murmur since birth and my cardiologist agreed that I still have it. She actually scoffed at me and told me that she couldnt hear anything thing so that just wasnt true. I have migraines headaches she told me it was everything but a migraine even though the multiple times I have been to the ER the doctors and nurses agreed that what I was going through was a migraine. Please go to Springfield if you can these people will not take you seriously and you could become seriously injured or worse in their care. My mother has had the same issues and was almost hospitalized because they refused to treat her severe stomach pain and all but told her she was making it all up and crazy.

Close them down, they do nothing for you

Lousy facility , and the doctors here are awful....

We are just a number to them!
