Mike and Nick were so awesome! I bought my first guns at Gun Worx. When I went in I already knew that I wanted. S&W EZEE pull Equalizers. Nick has such great customer service and answered all my silly questions. Mike gave me my first safety class and he really made me feel at ease and was very patient with me. Both guys get 5 stars from me!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thanks guys!

I had a fantastic experience visiting Smokin Gun Worx! The staff was incredibly kind in helping this new shooter decide on my first fire arm. Today I just finished my first one on one session with Michael, and I left Smokin Guns more informed than ever. Michael was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable shooting throughout my visit. The shooting range itself was well-maintained, clean and top-notch... I was very impressed and I felt appreciated as a customer!

First stop on our honeymoon weekend and we had an amazing time!!! Everyone was so great and helpful. A big shout out to Nick for his advice on the range!!! Danielle, Samantha and Doc and everyone at Smokin Gun Worx made it a great first experience. We can’t wait to come back!!!

My wife and I are taking a conceal carry class and we stopped in today to purchase eye and ear protection, along with purchasing two firearms. Nick assisted us and we couldn’t have had a better experience ever! He walked us through the process and and his attention to detail was nothing less than excellent! What a outstanding representative for your organization! He assisted us with the firing range and taught us in clear and concise instructions on how to use a firearm, so we could be ready for our class this weekend! What a true professional!! My wife and I recently went to Smokin Gun Worx for a private lesson. We are both pretty new to using firearms and we’re looking to learn some of the basics. We had Michael for an instructor and he did just that for us. He did a great job of correcting our mechanics and helped improve our technique immediately. We’re excited to go back to continue practicing! Would definitely recommend their classes and services!

Great experience yesterday here very helpful staff and friendly. I can’t remember the guys name who was running the range when I was there in the evening yesterday, but he was very nice and friendly and helpful along with having a good conversation about boots. He showed us some of the different programs we could do with the automated range, which was a lot of fun. My son, and I always like coming back here due to the friendliness of the place.

This was a very fun experience. What better way to spend a birthday than dinner and shooting! We even tried the golf ball shoot which I have to say I was nervous and it ended up being the best part of the night! Jake was a great teacher! Thanks again Jake. We had a very nice meal and very nice staff. Definitely recommend for date night.

This is a fantastic facility! Modern, clean, a well-stocked store with a great selection of anything you need, and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Definitely worth the drive!

My son and I took conceal and carry class with Anthony and Michael. It was a great class. Very interesting, thorough, and eye opening. The facility is clean and the staff if very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience.

I am a new to shooting and was intimidated about getting started and finding my first handgun. Jake and Nick were absolutely fantastic help at Smokin Gun Worx. They were professional, kind and patient in their instruction and education and helped build my confidence and knowledge. 10/10 recommend!

I went in and Mike was nothing short of amazing answered all question with the responses I needed. I will definitely be working with him again in the future. I will definitely be taking him up on the classes they have to offer! As far as the overall customer service experience 10/10 very attentive, patient, and easy to talk to!

I have zero experience so Samantha was super helpful online. When I went into the shop I was helped by Katrina! She was phenomenal! She listen to things I was concerned about (i.e. my long nails) and inexperience. I handled several pieces then rented a couple and went to the range. Mark was terrific! He helped me every step of the way! I HIGHLY recommend a visit here.

Had a great time at smoking gun works. All the staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful. I worked with Michael mostly on what I was looking for. He answered my questions and gave me information so I could make an informed decision on what I wanted not just telling me what I should buy. Very helpful and appreciated. The market they are in is a tough one right now, constantly changing rules and information without logic or warning sometimes. They made my experience a great one and am looking forward to my next visit.

The class was well done, and our instructor, Michael Lawver, was excellent! He is extremely knowledgeable, and was open and very happy to answer any questions. We felt very comfortable in class and learned a lot of new info. It doesn’t matter your skill or knowledge level, he makes you feel welcome and engaged in the info. I will definitely recommend Michael to people for classes in future!

Great Store, Excellent Range, Friendly Staff. Michael was more than happy to answer a question I had on the range, and gave me a few pointers that definitely improved my technique.

This was my first experience at Smokin Gun Worx and I will definitely be back! Michael helped us in the shop and was very knowledgeable about the weapons and ammo we were looking at. He was very helpful getting us prepared to go into the range as well. Jake was our safety on the range and helped me with some tips on accuracy. He also allowed me to shoot his weapon, as it was a better fit for my hands. Super helpful!! My husband and I will definitely be back and we’re already looking forward to it!

Keegin is friendly and knowledgeable. He explains things well and was able to fix the sights on my S&W in short order. The store itself is clean and staff are friendly and helpful.
Update: Today, a friend and I went to the range to practice. Jake was the range officer, very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me how to set the distance and explained the range rules.

Everyone was so helpful and took time and care to be sure all questions were answered- they even helped with things I didn’t realize I had a question about.

Mike was great on and off the firing range and also helped me make adjustments to my grip and trigger finger placement to improve my target success rate!

The instructor for the CCW class is top notch! I highly recommend!

I took a one hour one on one training with Michael Lawver and it was superb! Went through all the basics of shooting a handgun and he was patient and very knowledgeable. Would recommend it to anyone just starting out.

This is an amazing facility! The staff and owner are very knowledgeable, and helpful. Great place to go shooting at the range they are always there to help in anyway they can! Hands down the best place to go!
