Chris is such a great agent and his staff are equally awesome! Chris has been my insurance agent since 2011 and takes care of my insurance needs for auto, home, personal articles, personal liability umbrella, and life insurance. Excellent customer service, great pricing, and a very caring and personable staff. I highly recommend Chris Coyne State Farm!

I have experienced on several occasions how Chris and his office staff are knowledgeable, helpful, professional and responsive to my needs and the needs of my family. Great service, every time! Love that I can make changes through the app, as I hate getting on the phone. Wasn't sure if a change I submitted went through so I emailed the office and got a quick response from Robyn. She investigated right away and confirmed my request was received. Chris and his office assistants were very professional in getting the information I needed with several life insurance questions I had . This was not my State Farm agent at the time, but Chis and his assistant, Robyn got the answers that I needed. She went way out of her way to make time for me . Chris Coyne and his staff are the best. I had a situation that a company did some damage to a building of mine and didn't want to pay for what they damaged. Robyn went above and beyond to get them to pay for what they damaged. She kept on top of it until they did pay for the damages. I don't think I would have gotten anything without the help of Chris Coyne's office. I can't say enough good about the whole staff. They really do go about and beyond to help.

Chris’s office is always super responsive. Someone reaches out almost immediately when I have a question or need. I have been a long time customer and have not been disappointed in my agent or State Farm as a product.
