Graue Service

Had a problem with slow leaking tire, took vehicle to Graue Motors in Lincoln. They had the problem nail located, plugged the hole, aired it up and returned to me very quickly. I was back on the road in less than 2 hours. Problem solved without having to send Rip (Yellowstone joke 🤣).

First time being here, friendly technicians, pretty quick, and informative. Had actually pointed out a potential issue to me mid job.
Waiting room is cozy and has free coffee/water.

Just an oil change today, but I've always had exceptionally positive experiences here with both sales and service!

The transmission man was great! I took the vehicle to two other larger gmc dealers. They had no clue what was wrong. John Milan was able to pinpoint the problem and provide a guaranteed price with a three year one hundred thousand mile warranty.

I have to say the service department contains some of the most wonderful, thoughtful people. I was on my way to Chicago from St. Louis when my vehicle engine went out on the interstate. I barely made it to the dealer, and when I arrived Mr. Baker was amazingly accommodating. They assessed the problem immediately, repaired my vehicle that very minute. Not only that, they helped me to get something to eat while I waited and then called me later to make sure I made it to Chicago. The service department is AWESOME. They go above and beyond. I hope that young mans daughter has been officially accepted to Julliard. God Bless you all!
