Brainard Landings Apartments

Brainard landings in lincoln Illinois is one of the cleanest, and well kept apartment complexes that I have seen and dealt with. The on-site manager is not only good to work with but wants things done the right way and handled in a timely manner. The maintenance man is always trying to stay up on things as well. And does a great job handling situations

I will give them 5 STARS ⭐ I honestly loved living at Brainards landing if it wasn’t for me buying a house this year I would have stayed a lot longer! The apartments are very nice and spacey on the inside you get 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies if you’re on the upper level like I was and It is a cozy, quiet, and awesome place to live. Debra the property manager stays ON TOP of EVERYTHING she goes above and beyond to provide great services and to make sure everything is nice and works good. Her husband is the maintenance man and is also ALWAYS willing to help or go out into the cold weather to scoop some snow for the tenants ❄ they are both beyond amazing. If you are looking for somewhere WELL MAINTAINED AND CLEAN look no further brainards landing is your place it may be a bit pricey but you pay for what you get I promise you that !!!!!!! Gonna miss them all on to bigger and better things ❤🤞

Tucked away. Can be easy to miss if you haven't been there before. Easy to navigate the complex itself and the apartments are absolutely beautiful! At least the one I was in. It is upstairs with its own door facing outside, like a townhouse. Very comfortable, clean, and spacious.

Brainard Landings apartments are so nice! By far the most updated/spacious apartment that i’ve ever seen. I absolutely love living here, and the management is very nice and friendly! Deb is the best!!

As far as living in Lincoln, IL, Brainard Landings was a big step above any apartment you can get. It is section 42 housing which puts some limitations as far as who can live there (income wise) but has lots of perks like on site laundry, a pool, an exercise facility (small but has a lot of equipment), and a little dog park area. Some neighbors could get annoying but you'll get that anywhere you live. It's also one of the only apartments you can have pets in (limit 2). The apartments might seem a bit expensive but they're very efficient on heat/AC so you don't pay near as much in utilities. Maintenance was pretty slow, but again, that's anywhere you live it seems. Apartments, even the 1 bedrooms, were quite large and all of them have little patios or decks which are wonderful! Above all the property manager is a sweet heart! She always handled issues quickly and was willing to go above and beyond to provide excellent service. It's a super clean area as well!

The apartments and the neighborhood look beautiful. However, the apartments are part of a low-income housing program, and the website doesn't make that clear. This was the first time I've ever been told I was overqualified to rent, and that was honestly pretty disappointing. I had really wanted to lease one of these apartments.

Clean, always mowed and well maintained, courteous tenants, safe place to live. The staff is kind and informative also addresses any problematic issues swiftly and professionally.

I stopped by the office on Friday to see what they had available. Unfortunately, they didn't have any available apartments but the staff was so helpful and polite.

Amazing staff! Went to look at apartments and although it wasn’t a good fit for us it was one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever visited.
