Daphne's Family Restaurant

Had such a great first visit, we went back to try it again. Very family friendly. Service was quick and they stayed on top of our needs, beverages were never empty. Had ham dinner the first time, steak the second visit. Flavors were excellent with probably the best baked potatoes I've ever had. Will definitely visit again.

Back in town visiting relatives! Stopped into Daphne's and had a tremendous breakfast! Came back the following day with my husband's brother & had another terrific set if breakfast entrees! Thanks to Adam on the 1st day; thanks to Jess on the following day! Great food, service, & atmosphere! See you soon!

Great food and terrific service. Ask for Jess. .great server! Out in Lincoln to visit family. Came into the restaurant after driving in from Chicago O'Hare! Fantastic breakfast. That's when we met Jess. Went out to Sunday Breskfast with family. It was a delight to have Jess as our server again. She even took our picture! Terrific food. Can you all come up to N Scottsdale and Carefree and teach the chefs out there a thing or 2 on how to cook "Eggs to an Order!? " They need help terribly. Anyway, thank you for a great time and fabulous basted eggs! See you again soon!

Every time I come I get the same thing and every time it's always amazing. Really great service, great prices. I definitely would recommend to eat here.

Our waitress was the greatest, it is a warm and friendly place. I'm from Texas and the quesadilla tortillas were the best. Good frijoles too.

Tonight was our 5th time ordering Daphnes for delivery during covid times. We gave up on them about a decade ago but decided to give them another shot several months ago, and I’m really glad we did! The food is always delicious, whether it’s the ribs, chicken fried steak, horseshoes, or the sandwiches. I had a Reuben and chili tonight, and the Reuben was absolutely perfect. The chili wasn’t my favorite but it definitely wasn’t bad! Again, very glad we decided to go back. Plus the delivery driver is always super nice and does an excellent job representing the company. A+
Edit- I decided to replace the Chili with the Vegetable soup...holy smokes it was probably the best Vegetable soup I’ve had!

Great family restaurant. Breakfast served all day. Wife's omelet was light fluffy and tasty. My Daphne burger was the bomb. Glad I tried this place.

Wait staff is extremely friendly and professional. So far, everything I have ordered there is good. There is definitely variety when it comes to the types of dishes they serve, so if you can't find something to eat there, that's on you.

Everything was great. I did have to request a refill a few times, however the server had several tables and I finished my drink quickly.

Great food and great service! Staff is very kind. You get a lot of food for the price and it is cooked to perfection. Under $40 for 3 adults with drinks and food plus a slice of delicious German Chocolate cake (a large piece)!

Great little restaurant, friendly quick service. We were just passing through looking for a place to eat & saw the reviews. 2 dinners & a dessert for just under $30, can't beat that these days.

Daphne's is an old, established business. The waitstaff is super friendly and helpful. And really good food at reasonable prices. I recommend the French dip sandwich, though you really can't go wrong no matter what you pick. And the cheese balls are a fantastic appetizer. Oh, and make sure to get French Fries, as theirs are the best in town.

I love Daphne's. I've been going for years. They're a wonderful little family restaurant. The staff is always polite and friendly. They really truely make you feel like you are family and that's hard to find nowadays. Kid friendly. Family friendly. Just a wonderful place all around. My favorite item on the menu is their Fish Fridays! Check em out. You won't regret it!

My favorite family resteraunt. Great staff great food and love the varieties they offer. They now have a dinner buffet to and it is excellent. I'm a regular customer and the waitresses are like family to our family. They know us well and know our drinks and always know what we like to eat to. Our kids love going there and they love the breakfast all day option and the fish on Fridays to!

it has an old time diner feel to it which i loved about it . I looked at alot of reviews on here and a few had almost put me off trying it but i decided to give it a try and couldn't be happier that i did the food was really good . The service staff was fast and friendly so all in all i would recommend anyone to try it out if your ever in Lincoln Il.

Took my Client to Daphne's after a trip to Walmart.

My Aunt brought me here for lunch. We had meat lovers skillet. Delicious! Good prices and great service. This will be our new luncheon restaurant when I visit her. Yum! 5 stars
