Comfort Suites

I didn't have the privilege of staying at this location in Elgin, Illinois, but our employee did and he accidentally left his laptop behind. Lisette T., at the front desk, was super helpful. She went out of her way to get our laptop packaged and shipped back to us safely and securely. Many, many thanks Lisette! We so appreciate all you did to provide us with exceptional service!

We enjoyed our stay at this Comfort in Elgin,IL on 9-23-23. I was scared of the reviews, but there is honestly nothing that we can complain about this Comfort, except the doors. Why can't a hotel make SILENT closing doors????? Check in and out were great. The lobby was inviting and our room was really nice. Had a pool which we didn't use. Coffee was good and breakfast looked to have a good variety of whatever hot and cold you wanted. We just grabbed coffee and two pastries since we were meeting our son and family for breakfast elsewhere. A big night for ball players in the joint, but was quiet. Nice bunch of players and parents. Really did enjoy our stay here.

I stay a few times a month at this location. I love the new renovations. The staff is above and beyond friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this hotel. You will be seeing me soon again!

Can’t say enough positive things about our experience here this wknd. Recent renovations have made for a modern, yet warm, clean, welcoming atmosphere. The manager, Vishal Patel and his staff are so positive, accommodating and just on it. I had a large group of kids with me so we really tested the limits! As far as room experience-plenty of electric outlets, updated USB outlets, cool back lighting, the bedding and pillows super comfortable. This is a family friendly hotel that has the amenities like washer/dryer, functional & clean eating areas for food to be brought in. The pool was well maintained. The gym equipment has been updated too. Bottom line- a lot has gone into transforming this location. Results are a 5 star customer experience across the board!!

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was very good. Our rate was reasonable. It's definitely one of the best hotels at which we have stayed.

Excelllent- clean, huge rooms and bathroom, comfortable beds and pillows, way above average free breakfast, very modern, friendly and helpful staff. Good wi-fi too.

My kids and I had a great stay over the weekend! The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The room was extremely clean and tidy and the food was wonderful. Happy hearts and happy tummies here!

Happy they were located on my path as I toured across the country. The room was clean the service was fast and friendly. Really close to food options made ita great place to be.

We are very pleased with our hotel stay. Highly recommend and will stay again. Stayed 3 nights with 2 little ones. The only staff member I encountered was David at the front desk. He is amazingly nice and takes care of his guests needs from check in to cleaning/housekeeping if needed. Rooms were clean, spacious and had great water pressure. Lots of pillows on each bed. Breakfast had lots of choices. Some were waffles, yogurt, fruit, muffins, bread, pastries, eggs, sausage. The area to dine in was spacious with lots of tables. Didn't use the pool but it appeared clean and those using it seemed like they were enjoying it. Room was directly above the pool and right by an elevator. Noise level was surprisingly low in the room.

Very clean hotel, very nice rooms, staff very nice even though I booked a handicapped room 😆. Close to Burnt toast a breakfast restaurant we’ve gone to for years.

Barry, was extremely helpful...he made us feel, great The staff was great, very accommodating. I felt like a V.I.P. The entire time. Everything was clean and cozy....I'm coming every week.

Front desk clerks were very nice. Had my 4mo old son with us for Thanksgiving and she was sure to put us all the way on the other side of the hotel from a Thanksgiving party so we could sleep. Had lots of nice, plush pillows and the room/bed smelled and felt very clean. Was $90 for one night and check out wasn't until noon. Fantastic stay.

I had stayed here a couple weeks ago and it was a very pleasant stay. I really enjoyed the hotel itself. The night staff was wonderful, super nice, and very helpful. The rooms were very nice as well, modern, clean, and pleasant to be in. The breakfast had a variety of options to please all. I will most definitely be staying here again when in town.

I'm a truck driver and had to stay tonight here and the service was great, berry was very helpful and helped me find parking for my semi. Breakfast was OK but over all service was great.

We stay here every time we visit the area. The hotel staff is friendly and always quick to solve issues or answer questions. The rooms are large, nice, and cozy. The kids love the indoor poo/hot tubl. We usually stay in the double queen room which has a sofa sleeper. Bathrooms are also nice and large.

We like Comfort Suites/Inns and always try to stay at them when travelling. This particular hotel in Elgin is excellent. Large room and of course the ultra comfy mattress and pillows. Good attention to detail - there was a two-sided TV channel listing - one by channel number and one by channel name. The breakfast was of excellent quality. It is very easy to get to off the freeway. All in all, an excellent hotel.
