I had to write a review to highlight the amazing customer service I had with Cheapbestfares. I am heading to San Diego, but due to illness and a doctor's appointment, I had to delay my trip by one day. I called to switch my flight reservation and spoke with Dallas. He said that normally, the flight won't make any changes and will still charge me, but said he'd speak with them to try and make the change anyway. After waiting on hold for a bit, Dallas came back on to say that he'd convinced the flight to make the change and give me a refund for the night I wouldn't be there! I was so grateful! It's so refreshing to have people like Dallas working in customer service. He truly understands what it is to provide amazing customer service!

I booked online with cheapbestfares and I received a phone call to verify itinerary. Called back s/w Sharon she offered me over a 400.00 saving than what I originally purchased for the same flights! This NEVER happens! Even offered to get it cheaper if our intenarary was flexible. Wow! Great service and A+++ to Sharon.

Roy was amazing to work with!!! He listened to everything that we were looking for, and was able to get us all tickets on the same flights even though one of the three tickets was for one way only and the other two were round trip.
Huge thanks go out to Roy for going the extra mile to make sure that we will all have a great trip to Peru and will all be flying together!!

Good fares on website.... also I got a call from Cheapbestfares as the flights were not confirm from airline. The representative (ABIN) I spoke with was very helpful... asked if i am flexible with dates and gave me a better option with good connection and also gave me 1 checked in luggage for similar fare. Will book again with this company. Good job guys for your quick response on my flight changes.

I used to hate waiting for a promotion from an airline to be released. Cheap Best Fares made it so easy and affordable when I was booking my vacation with my fiancé. No longer will go back to waiting for an email from an airline promotion only to be able to fly at a certain time to get the “deal”

Very easy work with, prices were better than online. Sharon was very helpful and prompt. Walked me through everything on the computer.
