Got my daughter hair braided, it was her first time in a salon. Mariah did a great job braiding her hair. She was kind, nice and very good. I didn’t have beads for my daughter hair and they had them there and she put the beads on my daughter braids. Very good customer service and awesome atmosphere. I’ve found my baby girls new hair stylist. Highly recommend

My first time coming to Donna Lowe Salon. I went in to make an appointment to get my hair done. The hair styles Myle was very friendly and helpful. My appointment was set up in a few minutes. I got my hair done that day as walk-in as well by Mariah and my hair looks beautiful. 👍🏾👍🏾to the team @ Donna Lowe Salon. The experience was very good. Recently had my hair done by Kate, who did an amazing job. She was very kind, attentive and knowledgeable. She walked me through the whole process and even taught me how to tie my hair up at night. Would definitely come back to get my hair touched up by her.

Donna Lowe salon is such a great addition to the NW Suburbs. I've had my hair done there several times by Kate and most recently by Mariah. I would highly recommend them both!!

Took my son for his first hair coloring. The venue was clean my stylists Mariah Campbell very professional and price was reasonable. I 100% recommend you try them out we loved out experience.

I just moved to Illinois last year and prior to moving, I had been going to the same salon for my entire life. I was very stressed and concerned about finding a new salon that could do my hair exactly how I like it. I am so glad I found Donna Lowe’s Salon. I typically wear my hair in crochet twists, and I’ve gotten it done by almost all of the stylists there at this point. Not only do they do an excellent job, but they are very kind and professional. They focus on quality and maintaining healthy hair which is something I really appreciate. I highly recommend.

A great experience through and through. Friendly and very great environment.The best retwist I have experienced. Katie really has gifted hands and I couldn’t tell she was even in my head. Definitely will be back.

I loved my experience with Donna and her stylists. The salon is a very professional, timely and clean establishment. From your reception to the seat where you get your hair treated, the entire staff make you fell like a million bucks. I had a silk press done and my hair was loved by everyone that saw it. Thank you all so much for such excellent customer service - I cannot praise you highly enough.

I’m long overdue for my review of Donna Lowe. This shop is phenomenal and I can’t be thankful enough to have a beauty shop which specializes in natural hair care all the way up here in the northwest Suburbs. I’ve had the pleasure of both Tina two years ago and Derrika last year styling my hair for a silk press blowout. Both times they came out fantastic and I applaud these professionals for taking the time and energy in working on my thick set of hair. I will be returning in the fall for my next blowout treatment!

The barber Richard is so awesome! I'm a woman with a natural tapered haircut and he was able to cut my hair to perfection! I scheduled my appointment and was in and out on time. When I sat in his chair I was little nervous but he made me feel comfortable and told me that he will take care of my hair. I definitely recommend this barber to anyone.

First time at the salon today, and I was greeted by Donna right away. Very friendly staff, and all standards were in place for protection against COVID19. Katie was my hair stylist and I just feel so pretty! Thank you Katie! I will be coming back to you for sure :)

I recently chopped off my hair and I have never been this short before nor have I ever needed a barber. It was a scary thought not knowing what I wanted or to explain the look that best fit me, but Richard! He was patient and an all around class act. I didn't know what to expect, but he took his time with me and made sure that I was pleased and I was. I haven't left. Ladies if you are in need of a barber who knows how to keep your cut feminine and fresh then Richard is your guy. This is a multicultural salon...all your needs can be met. The owner Donna is warm and welcoming and her salon provides a wide range of services. They do accept walk-ins, but I recommend scheduling an appointment.

I am natural and came her for a silk press and my 6 month trim. By far the best salon I've been too! When i walked in they immediately greeted me and offered something to drink. my stylist was there and ready for me and I immediately sat in her chair. she took her time to really examine the condition of my hair and scalp and asked what i used to take care of my hair and gave better alternatives that would benefit my hair and even offered to order the product for me! she was very gentle when working with my hair instead of yanking, pulling or snatching a comb/brush through it. they provided great conversation the entire time there and even invited me back for casual conversation. I highly recommend this salon especially if you don't want to drive to the city. they do braids and have a barber there.

Katie my stylist is amazing! She’s does a great job on my haircut and is patient with all my pickiness. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a professional well done haircut and color. I Will be back for sure!

My experience was great! BC the barber was great! He met all my expectations then some! Would definitely recommend the salon to all my friends and family! And definitely going back!
