Wolfs Head Restaurant & Bar

Great food great service and another old school atmosphere that I like. This place has a large menu that covers a lot of bases. The outdoor patio was a excellent add-on. Things to mention onion ring tower baked onion soup chef's ultimate burger patty melt and of course chili. I don't see it on the menu but awhile back I had chili in a crispy taco salad bowl it was !! Awesome !!

The decor was great, bathroom super clean, lots of parking. For starters I highly recommend this restaurant because they employee local LT students. Lyon’s Township. At this point I have only gone to buy their popcorn. Large bag only 4.40. It is better than movie popcorn. It is a salted version not a butter version. While waiting I observed what arrived at the tables for customers to eat and it looked amazing. This place has been here long before we moved into the area 20 years ago. I am planning to go eat there tomorrow. I’ll update this if a review pops up again.

This has been our Friday dinner go-to place for almost two years now. The food is outstanding and you get very generous portions on almost everything. The popcorn is the best. Everyone is super friendly there from the hostesses to the owner, Mike. Our severs we always ask for are Liana and Natalie. They both always have our drinks ready for us when we come in and they’re both two of the nicest people we’ve ever met. It’s about a half hour drive from our house in Friday rush hour, but it’s well worth it.

Great place to dine and have drinks. Staff is very attentive and the owner is so welcoming. They also have great specials. Highly recommend! The newly updated dining area gives such a nice feel. Gambling machines available.

Great place to meet friends at. Portions of food are small but really tasty. Large selection of beer and wine. Wait staff are super friendly and are always checking to see if you need anything else. Whenever we travel to Illinois, we always include a stop at the Wolf's Head!

Cool rustic place with great decor, and a great bar for watching a sports game. The food is good and they always have great specials. I really like the prime rib sandwich or dinner. I think they also have an all you can eat fish fry on Fridays.

Said to say, but I was informed by one of their employees, that they don't have any more fish fry on Fridays and no more Easter brunch.
I also noticed a reduction in their beer selection. They took out some of the craft beers off the menu.
The one thing they still have is the free buttery popcorn and delicious food.

Went here on a beautiful Saturday night. All six of us had a great meal from burgers to salads and the French Dip. The fry’s and tots were made perfect!! Appetizers too!! I would believe that there’s not a bad item on the menu. We sure will be back to test this theory.

Really good southwest chicken wrap and onion rings that melt in your mouth. Great portions and pricing. The staff is very friendly and the outside patio is dog friendly! Can't wait to come back!

Although they were pretty busy, the bartenders were working their magic. Drink was in hand within 4 minutes of sitting at the bar. Burger and fries came out within ten minutes of ordering. Burger came out medium rare as ordered. No wonder this placr is always busy.

Had lunch today and the food was served prompt and hot. It was also delicious. The owner is very attentive and friendly. I will definitely be returning.

Great food, great servers, the owner is super nice and it's good to see an owner involved in their restaurant. Perfect for a quick lunch, a sit down dinner, or shots of malört.

Three of us girls went for lunch. Two of us had the cream of onion soup. It was delicious. There was a corned beef sandwich, a pork tenderloin, and the Bleu burger and all were really good. We will be back.
Love the inside outside options to dine.

Good food and decent service. I had the Boom Boom Shrimp Salad and it was delicious. I also had some bites of the ribs and a soup and they were both great.

One of the most perfect neighborhood restaurants in the area..... great food! One of our go toos when we can decide if we want to make dinner or head out.

Charming dark wood atmosphere with very good food and drink menu. Quality always seems to exceed the price. We always stop when we can.

Food is always good from boom boom salad to the burgers. They do change up the menu from time to time. It made us sad to see one of the dishes we loved gone.
We recommend this to people from out of town... Wolfehead did not disappoint.
