Even though I have a Warrenty with them. The owner “Danny” refuses the responsibilities of correcting a job which was poorly done. He refuses to even speak to me. He has a fall guy “Kerry” who is cripple. Kerry came over and pretend to look at the problem. This isn’t cool because he’s not covered by their insurance and sometimes he brings an unauthorized man with him to go up an makes repairs based on his verbal instructions However, most times Kerry comes and go up himself even though their insurance company do not covers him. He actually went up and used caulking on my roof. Which did not stop the leak ( running) water. I have a year left on my Warrenty which Danny does not respect.

Terrible service! Called them to trap a commercial building of a client of mine after tornado and storms came through the area. The guy, Kerry, said they would get someone right over to look at the roof and let me know if it could be tapped or if there was something else that could be done. The owner of the building called several hours later asking when they would be out, she was waiting at the building. I called the company again and left a message to please call me with an update and or ETA. I received a call from my client the next morning wanting to know if roof was tapped so I called this company and Kerry answered the phone, I asked him if he got the roof taped at the commercial building. At first he acted like he didn't remember me, then he said oh yeah I talked to my boss and they don't make a tarp that big. I asked him why he didn't call me and let me know that they weren't going out or didnt want to bother so I could have gotten a company that actually cares about doing good business and he hung up on me. Never would call or refer this company!

Horrible service, half done the repairs and wouldn't uphold their warranty after they finished the work.
