I had been looking for the perfect desk for over a year. I kept coming back to the same one over and over again but didn’t want to pay over $2,000 for a desk. Carter’s was over $800 cheaper than anything I found online and they assembled and delivered for free. I did everything online and not one issue with them. It was a great decision to go with them and the desk looks amazing. Well worth your time to shop with Carter’s!! Thank you.

Very pleasant experience here! We were looking for a couch and David was very patient and helpful. He showed us multiple pieces and in the end we found the couch we wanted. Even though it was short notice Carter's accommodated our request for a faster than usual delivery as we had out of town guests coming to visit. We had our couch delivered 3 days after purchasing it, being out of the area from Normal they still made it work. We are loving the couch and got it for a great price. Very pleasant and hassle free experience and my family will continue to shop here when needed.

Really NICE furniture!! Jackie was SO VERY helpful!! They carry quality furniture and the price is reasonable. So much furniture in the show room to try out. Jackie really made the experience pleasant. She took me right to the perfect chair and showed me the benefits and comfort of the chair, then encouraged me to take my time and look at the other selections in the store. Needless to say, I chose the chair she recommended. It's awesome. Also found some other pieces of furniture that were on my bucket list. Really great experience!
**The furniture was just delivered today and Sean and Dillon were absolutely amazing! They were so careful and practiced excellent lifting safety. I really commend Carters for their delivery protocols. What a great experience with Carter's!!

Everything we expected, and more! The whole order process was smooth, (Deb, our salesperson and was great!!) Communication was very good. Our order arrived almost 2 months early. Deb inspected our order before it was delivered. Delivery was done by friendly professionals who made sure everything was set up and in place to our satisfaction!

We are shopping for a new couch. A helpful associate showed us several options, one of which was great. Her explanations of the different pieces allowed us to make an informed decision. We had one particular question that required she call the company representative and we got our answer. We decided on custom fabric so it may take 3-4 months for delivery. Would recommend shopping for furniture at Carter's. We've bought several things from them over the years and have been pleased.

Customer service is wonderful! Took my mother in law to get a lift chair and our salesman David was very patient and kind. We received no good customer service at the medical supply store we visited before we came there. I would highly recommend Carter’s anytime!

Deb was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable on all of the brands, materials and styles. I very much appreciated her not being pushy at all and helping us with our new home. We will definitely be back for more!

The furniture is top notch and they have cool unique pieces

I recently purchased 2 coffee tables and 2 matching end tables from David Murrell. Working with David and the staff at Carter's was great. Everyone there is very friendly. I highly recommend them. The delivery went smoothly, and I'm happy with my purchase. I think that is their goal. I have already suggested Carter's and David to my friends and family members who are in the market for new furniture!

Extremely helpful and have a beautiful selection of quality furniture! Every employee we have encountered here was extremely accommodating to both my husband and I. Though much of the furniture is of high quality (which you usually pay a premium for) much of the time they have great clearance prices on many of their pieces, and sometimes even furniture sets! I highly recommend Carter's (we've literally bought furniture there going on three times now, and are always satisfied with what they deliver!). We've done both a clearanced dining room set, a custom kitchen table, and now dresser for a nursery. We have loved all of our purchases!

The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. We didn't purchase anything but left feeling like a satisfied customer. When we are ready to buy we will go back to Carter's.

Carter's furniture is amazing! We had just bought a house and sold our couch along with it so we were looking for something we could bring home that day. We found a beautiful floor model leather couch and recliner for a great price; they even let us take a brand new recliner instead of the floor model because it was already wrapped up and the electronics hadn't been used. Despite their offer to deliver it to us for free, we decided to take it home in our truck so they helped us load them up and my husband tied them down. We arrived at home and realized we were missing the back to the recliner. Called the store, they remembered helping us load it. So, we retrace our path and find it, there on the side of the road annihilated like a dead animal, fluff everywhere. Knowing we bought a floor model without a store warranty, we called Carter's back to let them know it was our mistake, and they offered to give us a back from another recliner for a very small fee, and they would order one from the company to complete their chair. I am amazed and so appreciative of the excellent people at Carter's!!

Yesterday was our first time visiting Carter’s Furniture. We went in to simply look at a line of furniture we planned to purchase through another company. After an amazing experience from their very helpful staff, we decided to make the purchase through them. Dede and Rich were so nice and helpful and did not pressure us at all. I’d highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for new furniture!

I was told I needed a new motor for my mom's lift chair. When in fact all I needed was a new control. The teck who came to install the motor, told me the problem in less than 2 minutes. I'm angry that no questions were asked when I told them the chair didn't work. Mom is on a fixed income and the motor was expensive. She is out that money because Carters will not take it back. She now has to pay for a control as well.

After speaking with the store. I realize there was a way to resolve my issue without loosing
my temper.
They are working with me and I couldn't ask for a kinder or better solution.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE STORE.

Carter's had exactly what we were looking for in furnishing our new house. We were welcomed in by GG and she helped us find coordinating pieces to what we liked. We are very happy with the quality, prices, and service at Carter's and the fact that it's a family owned business.

Carter's customer service is wonderful. They went above and beyond to accommodate my father. They're a fantastic example of a family owned business that is very customer oriented. I highly recommend them.

GG was wonderful to work with. She was very patient and helpful with our decision making. I loved her practical, down to earth approach to buying furniture! Carter’s is our go to for all furniture needs.

I have shopped at many furniture stores and have to say that shopping at Carter’s was the best experience I’ve had so far. There are more options than the average furniture store and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They give you time to browse, but are right there to help you with questions without hovering too much. I highly recommend them.

Tyler was very helpful. They have quality furniture reasonably priced and quite a few things in stock. They were able to deliver in a reasonable time frame and took the old couch!
