Robey Park Manor is one of the better Funeral Homes that I know and I know a lot of Funeral Homes because my Mother worked at 4 different Funeral Homes! Robey Park Manor is a family friendly in preparing you for what's getting ready to happen. They offer free services for babies and they stay in contact with you long after the services are over, I strongly recommend Robey Park Manor to those who are in need of their services.

The owners of Robey Park Manor really took wonderful care of us while we planned our mother's funeral. During a time of heartbreak and devastation, Mr. and Mrs. Robey we're a true blessing to our family. They were patient, kind, caring, professional, and paid attention to every detail that mattered to us. Mr. and Mrs. Robey provided special keepsakes during the funeral service which were unexpected and very thoughtful. This was my first experience with a funeral home so I have nothing to compare it with but I feel blessed to have had the Robeys to walk me through this time of grief and loss. The genuine care and compassion I experienced exceeded my expectations and was a source of comfort during my time of distress.

The Robeys have completed funeral services for my mom (2016) and my brother (2022). Each time their services exceeded my expectations. Dealing with a loss is never easy. Working with the Robeys lessen the blow. All matters were addressed in a very timely and professional manner. AMEN.

The Robey funeral home was very accommodating during our time of need. They are probably not as big or well known as the Gatlings or Leaks but having experienced all three my preference would definitely be the Robey funeral home. I was in dire need of assistance at 1:00am as got THE call that our loved one had transitioned and the medical facility where he was needed him moved within hours. I had to rush home from work and start calling around because apparently this couldn't wait til the morning. Frustrated because there was no insurance policy and the amount asked by others far out weighed my ability at 1:00am and no one but the Robey's were willing to work with me. I had no idea that if your loved one died from covid that the Gov. Would reimburse you, but thanks to the informative team at the Robey's I was very satisfied. I know everyone's situation is different but they worked with me and went above and beyond for me that's why I didn't hesitate when asked to write a review. Believe me I don't write reviews often. In closing these words come to mind when I think about the Robey's : timely, professional, considerate, informative, personable, helpful, affordable, accommodating and family oriented. No I'm not related but they surely made me feel like family. I would recommended them to everyone who will inevitably get THE call.

When my fiancé and I lost our son Chance, we were referred this place of business through our hospital. We were greeted with such love and friendly service by Ms. Charise she ALWAYS kept us updated on every step from picking him up from the morgue, to allowing us to see him before he got cremated, and even praying at our memorial service. I recommend if anyone has lost a infant child to go through this loving funeral home she allowed me to know that I am not alone. Thank you Ms. charise for an exceptional experience.
