Mr. Woods did our family well, he worked with our family through the end the facility did a wonderful job, but there was one thing that needs to be addressed and that is HIPPA personal information being told about to others that was personal that only your financial manager would know. We had a hard time going through that difficult time and to hear an outside source close to the family discuss a hardship matter to another person outside of the business was very disrespectful to hear. It took me a while to realize how to address this matter due to making a phone call to speak to the owner but this right here is where you all need to stress the fact of your front end personal to not discuss personal business matters of hardships to outside persons of interest. Mrs.Rhymes our family did not appreciate the gossip of our hardship payment plans to others in the street. Unprofessional decisions make Woods Funeral Liable for this HIPPA Breach of personal information.. So now from this day forward I hope this review will enlighten your staff of keeping personal info behind the walls and not out in the streets... Again you all did a great job with our love one... Mr. Woods thank you again for your services for our mother..

This place is the worst!!!!! Had our love one cremated (which took 3 weeks), Gave staff jewelry to add ashes to, which when we receive the jewelry back no ashes were in the jewelry and the jewelry was broken. The unprofessional and inconsiderate staff told us we should have checked our items before we left the funeral home. We didn't know that we had to make that they did their job properly. This is a funeral home with cremation service we were under the impression that they knew how to do their job. As of today we're still waiting on staff to contact us regarding how we can rectify this situation.

No one should ever be told they are an inconvenience during a time of loss. There are compassionate and professional manners in which to address tough situations with family members, but telling them they are an inconvenience surely isn’t the way. As someone who has dealt with death and grieving family members for most of my adult life as a professional, this experience was heartbreaking to say the least.
