Broomtown Cafe

My Wife and I are new to town and just now visited this lovely corner cafe. This was definitely worth the stop and dine. I had the southwest grilled wrap with a Chai Tea 🍵. AMAZING!! My Wife Had The Grilled Cheese, Unfortunately She Finished It Before I Took Out My Phone 🤣🤣. Great Job Broomtown Cafe!! ❤

Absolutely DELIGHTFUL for lunch! Young lady up front friendly, fast service. We had a Broomtown BLT and pesto chicken sandwich/ DELICIOUS!! The BLT had chopped tomatoes, bacon and lettuce and the BEST fresh bread! Ditto on the chicken pesto: chicken pieces, chopped tomato and baby spinach- pesto tasted fresh and home made! what a great relaxing lunch in a comfy casual atmosphere. GLAD we stopped off while driving highway 45!! Seems like the cafe is in an old bank- with high ceilings and windows.

We had a meeting at this local coffeeshop over breakfast with our employees and loved the atmosphere and close location to our office.

Everything about this place is more than you could ask for in coffee shop in this size of town. The atmosphere is cozy and there is plenty of seating both private and open. The staff here works well as a team and is friendly. The owner took time out of his day to sit and chat with us, something that I would not have expected. The drink menu is smaller than most larger chains, but I found it more flavorful and less sugary. Would highly recommend if stopping by if your in the area!

Amazing food! Had the classic breakfast sandwich with bacon and hubby had the broomtown breakfast with bacon. Both were delicious, sandwich was panini style and had meaty cheddar cheese and a perfectly fried egg, broomtown breakfast had perfectly cooked breakfast potatoes,eggs, bacon and artisan toast with homemade jam! I got the cold brew with pumpkin cold foam and he had the fresh squeezed strawberry lemonade. Both were phenomenal! Cold brew was smooth and strong as it should be! Very friendly staff and beautiful building. Makes you feel like coming home even when you have never been there!

Broomtown is a charming small town cafe in an old renovated bank in downtown Arcola. I met my mom and sister there for lunch. (My mom likes to do her bulk grocery shopping in the Amish-focused food stores in the area.) All of us had different sandwiches which we all thought were very good, including the BLT wrap, the buffalo chicken sandwich, and the southwestern chicken sandwich.

Absolutely amazing place! Coffee is some of the best I've ever had! The food is delicious! Staff are very attentive! Make time to stop here!

Wow what an unexpected gem in town. I’m in nearby Arthur for work and wanted to check out Arcola too. I got a grilled cheese and a “purple rider” smoothie, named after the high school here. The prices were extremely affordable, staff was very polite and welcoming, and everything was clean and cute and operational.

I came in town to visit family and stopped by on the way. They have some of the best matcha I’ve ever had! I ordered a small, my husband got a hot chocolate which was also delicious!

This is a great, hidden gem! Their tea is delicious, and it appears that they have lots of breakfast/brunch items to choose from. The vibe is so relaxing. It is a great place to bring a book and relax. ❤📚

Delicious!… special waffle & vanilla latte. I wish I lived closer. The special waffle has cream cheese, apple and honey. This waffle is heartier than your common box mix. Fresh, wholesome taste. I recommend the large latte as anything else will leave you wanting more. We don’t live near here and were passing through and didn’t want the normal fast food. It’s worth the extra few minutes drive into the quant little town.

Beautiful atmosphere, great food, and friendly staff. Those are the three things that immediately came to mind when describing Broomtown Cafe.

Delicious sandwiches and wraps, the salsa was awesome. Having been in in US for three years, this was one of the best in the US. Especially appreciated the ‘Aussie flat white’ made for me, stop in, you will not regret it!

Great little cafe stop in our way through to Chicago. My wife and I had the harvest salad with grilled chicken. The kids had grilled cheese. Nice break from fast food.

The Best!! Beautiful old building, peaceful atmosphere, the BEST coffee and lovely music to top it off. Service is fantastic!!!!!!

Breakfast was delicious. Lovely atmosphere, especially upstairs, for lingering with a latte - which was made exactly how I requested. So good I came back the next day for another!

Delicious cold brews and pleasant atmosphere. Their Americanas are very smooth and flavorful. The raps are delicious as well!

Only had lattes to go! They were delicious and probably the only of their kind in a wide radius around the area! The interior looked cozy and inviting, we’ll spend more time indoors next time!
