Drove 45 minutes from south St Lous to pickup a part for my furnace no one in town appeared to stock. Ordered online the night before, received confirmation email about 10 minutes before the store opened. Everyone in the store was very pleasant and helpful. Furnace fixed. Thank you

I will still go to Home Depot when Ace doesn't carry it or it's too big to be shipped, but I hate the size of that store with employees that do their best to ignore the customers. Duda Ace always offers to help, but they aren't pushy like commission based employees. Honestly, I usually grab a couple random things at checkout, because I feel bad about the level of service for my sixty cents purchase. I'm usually in and out in like a minute. They'll load mulch bags straight into my car too, super nice.

I want to say thank you to the employees at Ace for staying open late so we could get what we needed to finish installing a new hot water heater. That's what small town service is all about. We really appreciated it, thanks again!

Friendly and helpful staff with a wide range of supplies.

I can drive up to the front door and walk right in. Other Big Box guys I park 100- 200' from the entrance. 99.9 percent of the time they exactly what I want. Major plus, they carry Stihl and sell hunting and fishing license.

This place is great - convenient hours, helpful staff, varied selection and reasonable prices. Note to other small town merchants: hours and service like this is how you stay in business!

This place has everything! A great place to get several items. Staff is friendly and helpful. Handicapped accessible and has handicapped parking. Parking is free. I plan on visiting here again in the near future.

Want a bolt, seeds, oil, information, Mail UPS, fishing license, weed eater, paint ...0K. They are as nice & patient as any store I've ever frequented.
