Jansen Collision was absolutely amazing to deal with after my car accident. They coordinated everything seamlessly, from towing my van back to their shop, communicating directly with my insurance and the rental car company, and making the repairs quickly and at high quality! They kept me in the loop and answered all my questions through the entire process. My van was returned to me with a nice clean interior and exterior as well. I would highly recommend Jansen Collision to anyone!

Jansens was great at being able to take care of my car after a deer collision. They were able to tow it a few hours after it happened over 20 miles to the shop. Cheyenne kept me informed on the status of my repairs and they worked with my insurance for all payments making the process smooth! Also detailed my car which was nice.

The Jansen Chevrolet Collision team was exceptional. After my wife’s car was hit by a deer, the entire driver side needed to be replaced. Denny took care of us & was able to get our vehicle back to us in less than a month despite the logistical issues with some parts. While we waited, they even provided us with a rental! The ladies in the office were also great and made sure to provide us weekly updates along with taking care of all the insurance paperwork. Our car looks as good as it did the day we drove it off the lot! Thank you Jansen Collision Team. I highly highly recommend this business!

I can’t recommend this business more! My car had major hail damage & the bumper was damaged from a hit and run accident. I dropped it off on Monday 09/14 and got a call saying it was done already on Thursday 09/17! They provided a clean rental while my car was being worked on and did everything they could to make the repairs as inexpensive as possible for me!

The staff were so helpful when I had questions and went out of their way multiple times to make sure I was taken care of and everything was convenient for me. My family has frequented this business for many years (when it was Robke’s Auto Body). I actually drove from Champaign to have my vehicle repaired here because I trust them so much, and I don’t regret it! (& no, I’m not related to anyone who is employed by this business)

These folks are so friendly and down to earth good people. They took great care of my cars bumper that was hit and took a door scrape out and you can't see a trace of it. Highly recommend!
