Dixon's Floors & More

We recently remodeled our fireplace which required replacing the tile with the wood floor we had in the rest of our home. We had one box and thought it would be enough. When it wasn't and we needed another box we soon realized the floor was discontinued and impossible to find. I sent emails and called over a dozen stores that carried the flooring brand in our area and no one would help us. I'm guessing because we only need one box. So I started contacting stores out of state. Store after store said they couldn't help us. After months of searching I found Dixon's and they said they would try to see what they could do for us! They were able to find a flooring dealer with the maker of the flooring and track down the closeout flooring we needed! They even arranged to have it shipped to us directly because we were out of state. I believe it was Karen that helped us beginning to end and she went above and beyond! I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I received. I highly recommend Dixon's! They were a life saver to us!

Awesome place with great selection. We bought remnant carpets for a few bedrooms and had them install it. We picked out and paid for the carpet on a Friday and it was installed the next Monday. Great service and great prices for all your flooring needs.
