Mobility RV Winnebago Motorhome Parts

I submitted a parts request on the website in the evening and the next morning I received an email with the details, price, and photos of the parts. I was going to be driving by their shop in a few days and they had my order ready to pick two days before I got there. Great personal service!

Jake does great work. He identifies problems quickly, informs you of options available and performs the work efficiently and quickly. He is always on time and follows through timely.

After visiting two local RV parts places (including one "worldly" one) to find an exterior outlet and cover for my 2000 Winnebago, I called these guys. After a phone call lasting only 3:38, the correct part was ordered and on its way. I installed it yesterday - a perfect fit and better design than the original.

I was having trouble getting key blanks for my 2021 Winnebago View house door.
My Winnebago dealership wasn't able to obtain in these keys. Sheila the Mobility RV rep was able to locate these Keys and ship them to my residence. This door was fabricated in Italy and it was Impossible to find replacement keys.
Will be back for my Winnebago Parts needs!

Needed a plastic trim piece for my motohome. Asked if it came with the necessary brackets and was told yes. Needless to say it didn't come with them so called back and requested the front bracket. They sent me the rear bracket which I managed to bend and get working. Not impressed...

Sold my Winnebago and bought another brand RV because of these guys.

Bought many parts from them and when a small problem arose they didn’t stand behind it. Part arrived broken do to improperly packaged. UPS even recognized the damage but these guys turned into jerks. After that one incident they were a pain to deal with.

They sell expensive parts that break on install and do not stand behind their products. I ordered weep hole covers for my rv. Little plastic part cost $4.35 each. Total order was over $94.00 and they charged shipping and handling fees. When I installed them the little tabs broke off nearly half of them. Reached out to them by email and was ignored. Tried calling but no one answered. Finally contacted them again from their website and this is all I received from Carla.

"We sell a large quantity of these weep hole covers every month and have never run across this issue."

Their customer service is non-existent! DO NOT buy from this company!! They will rip you off!

I have ordered parts from this company in the past for my Winnebago class A Rv. I really was satisfied with my shopping experience. However this last experience was a complete awful experience. I needed a headlight, that needed replaced. The first thing i did was to contact Mobility RV inc. I told them what i needed and i was asked if it was the drivers or passenger side headlamp.. I asked and i quote" What difference does it make what side it is,aren't all light bulbs the same?" Then i was quoted a price of $175.90,minus the amber turn signal. After picking myself up from the floor,over the price i said okay. I needed the light. Then i was told there would be a shipping and handling fee, no price given. I had no choice,i needed the light bulb. A few days later i get the part and holy crap it was in a great big old box. I'm thinking a light bulb?? I open the two boxes and its the whole head light assembly. The invoice showed shipping and handling of $21.29. Very expensive light bulb. I called Mobility RV.inc. and they gave me a authorization number to send it back,and at the same time i was able to place the light bulb on order for a more modest price. Why could this not been done the first time??? I take the boxes to UPS with my authorization to ship back to Mobility RV inc. and holy crap i am stuck with another $26.09 shipping and handling charge. I call Mobility to ask about all this and about my refunds. I guess it all was my fault, the company will not admit any fault. Buyers beware of their shipping and handling policy and make damn sure you are getting the right part. You will pay a heavy price. I for one WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!! This company needs to go out of business! They sold me a motor for my sofa and charged me $261.00. After looking on the frame I found an 800 number. I called the number and got hold of the manufacturer of the frame. I explained what I was after and was told the motor would be $65.00 plus freight.
That mean Mobility put a 500% mark up on this part. Any company that marks parts up by that amount should be exposed so all should know how they are being screwed. Be aware these people have no problem sleeping at night screwing anyone they can. If there was a -5 that would be their rating!
