The ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful.

Horrible service, had flat tire and claim they can't come repair it for over 3 weeks. I'm active and need a working wheelchair to work and do my daily tasks. The first rep hung up on me when I was getting upset because he refused to transfer me to Supervisor. This company ONLY job is repair wheelchairs, how do they not have tires and wheels in stock to quickly do repairs? How is it I called early morning and pressed 1 for call back and got a prerecorded call that nobody is available to take the call. This company don't care about our lives to help us and have made it a living hell on wheels because they purchased all small companies. Then to refer me to Bike shop that is over hour away and doesn't care the tires I need. I'm tired of the fight with this company to get them to do anything for us.
