This is locally owned and operated. All of the staff and the owners are great! They are all very nice and helpful! The pool chemicals that they sell are better than anywhere else! You should definitely use them for all you pool and chemical needs!

Family owned and operated, Phils Building Material Center (aka Phil On The Hill) is the go to place for pool supplies. Instead of paying high prices at other big named pool places for chemicals, I would rather drive 45 minutes to shop at Phil's. If you have questions or are unsure about the amount of product to use, just ask; they are always willing to provide easy to understand answers and directions. Give Phil's a try, you'll be glad you did!

Our pool was green Phil had it up and clear in 48 hours.
After we spent weeks trying all kinds of chemicals to get it clear.

The customer service is awesome and they care if the customer is happy with the purchase. They do whatever they can to fix a problem if any, they go out of their way to help the customers. And they are all very friendly there.
