I walked into this place without high expectations of getting a vehicle due to really having nothing for a down payment. Then I was worried about my credit check. My credit isn't bad but not in the greatest shape right now. I was blown away by how willing they were to help out and see what they could do for me. After taking my information and sending it in for financing approval I test drove a vehicle. By the time I made it back from the test drive I was already approved! UNBELIEVABLE! The vehicle I was approved for wasn't on the lot at the time so they gave me the keys to the same make and model of a different year for the night. I go pick up my newer model tomorrow! Pre-Approved Auto met and exceeded my hopes and expectations by a long shot. I'm definitely glad that I went to them first and I will definitely do business with them again. Plus everyone was incredibly friendly and respectful. I'm still blown away! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great vehicle and wants to work with some great people!

I just bought a 2013 van and love it!!! Jen was really nice and even went out of her way to stay a little later to meet me since I work in Oskaloosa. This place does great work. We have been taking our vehicles there to get detailed for a few years now. They come back looking amazing. We live on gravel and our vehicles are usually pretty dirty when we take them in Kevin and Jen and their staff always get them looking great and get them done quickly. We will continue to use their shop in the future.

My appointment was easy to make, they did a great job of accommodating with my work schedule and even picked up and dropped off my vehicle once the work was completed all on the same day, they made the whole process very easy! Very fair cost for the repairs that were needed! I will be a returning customer for sure!

Jen was absolutely amazing, she was friendly, quick, and was able to give me a decent amount on my trade in. She got me into a newer vehicle with no extra down payments! Just my trade in, I'm 100% satisfied with Pre-approved Auto. I will return in the future

We took our vehicle to get detailed. When we got it back, WOW! We were very happy with how nice it looked! It was like driving it off the showroom floor again! I purchased my 2005 Equinox from PreApproved in 2016 with 150K miles on it, it was a very clean, well maintained vehicle for the age, and mileage. Found out The engine had been replaced prior to them purchasing it or being given as a trade-in, so even better because it was actually lower mileage. I owned it until 2019 never had any major issues with it, and any questions I had Jennifer would always be quick to answer. Over time I did replace parts, but it had nothing to do with the dealership. Just basic updating needed that you should expect with a USED vehicle. And I'm happy to say that when it came time to sell it in 2019 it had 220K miles on it and still running strong. Even though my next purchase was not from PreApproved they still get my business, because they keep past customers on mailing lists and are always still friendly. They even sent me a letter for a free oil change, it's always best to support your small business friends!

I have a 2003 Ford Explorer with over 250,000 miles on it and it was in desperate need of detailing. I took it to Pre-Approved Auto and they did an amazing job. It's like I have a new vehicle. I received a gift certificate for a free oil change. I made the appointment in advance and come time I was able to get in exactly as scheduled. All of the staff were warm, polite and friendly. The waiting room was equipped with a TV, refreshment center and even a massage chair if you are so inclined.

Purchased a 2009 Nissan Murano. The ladies who assisted us were very helpful and friendly. They were not pushy at all. And they were up front and honest with the information on their vehicles. Pre Approved auto did an amazing job fixing the front end damage on my 2017 Dodge Caravan! All the gaps were tight and even and the pint matched perfectly! Highly recommended! The service was also fast and friendly!

My experience with Pre-Approved Auto. The sales people, and support staff were friendly and courteous. They gave us more that we had hoped for in a trade in, with a good price on the vehicle. The ladies here are simply amazing!!! Both of our vehicles broke down to where they were no longer drivable so we started our search for a new car. After visiting vaughn's and having a not so good experience I called Pre-approved to check on a 2010 Dodge Journey. Since my boyfriend worked till 4pm we was later getting in the lot. These ladies stayed late to get us approved at the bank. Most car lots would of made us wait till the next day for the paperwork and not take the car. Since we was without a vehicle they allowed us to take it home and come back the following day to finish everything. She sat with is and talked with is while waiting on the bank. Offered us drinks and just made us feel at home. They truly are amazing and work with you in emergency situations doing all they can to get you into a vehicle. Plus the vehicle is amazing! Love miles at a great price. We are truly in love with it!! We will forever be grateful to the ladies at this car lot!! Thank you girls!!!

These people and the service were great! Never in a million years did I ever thought of coming home with a vehicle newer than 2003 because I had older cars all my life. With the help and guidance from these wonderful people in finding the right vehicle, I was able to purchase a 2011 and got to drive it home on the same day! I had my vehicle detailed twice now and I won't take my vehicle anywhere else . They do a great job it comes back to me like new off show room floor.
